Subway — Restaurant in Stockbridge Township

Iv been going to this subway for a long time and iv never experienced anything like last night. Two young men where smoking as I pulled up and went inside shortly after I got out of my vehicle. After not holding the door open for me they looked at me inside trying to figure out if I was heading their way. I told them "I'll see you down there boys" and they didn't acknowledge that. Once they got behind the counter they stood and looked at me annoyed rather than asking what I'd like. The whole time that they were making my order they chatted amongst themselves in the most inappropriate and childish behavior. Cussing frequently, mocking management, and talking very badly about their job. On top of their behavior, the guy making my sub couldn't work and talk at the same time. It took forever to make one sub. After I went to the gas station counter I made a remark to the nice gentleman in a sarcastic tone "those boys are something else". I was trying to feel out if he was a manager or regular employee. He didn't respond back so he may not have heard me. I was very disappointed when I left. If they hate their job and management im not sure why they are still...

This is the second time I have been to this store, and I wasn’t terribly thrilled with the cleanliness of it the first time. But I went to this store around 1:12pm today. When I arrived, there was a man getting two footlongs with few toppings and it took 20 minutes to make. There was a couple in front of me who opted to leave due to time. The server was making no effort to increase his pace despite the fact there was a young girl behind me. As the server was making my sandwich, he had to leave the food serving area to retrieve a serving spoon and neglected to change his gloves (in the midst of a global pandemic). He did comply with changing his gloves when I requested it, which I appreciated. However, in an effort to get others served, I asked him to start helping the next girl in line while my sandwich was toasting. He refused, and the next girl opted to berate me for asking him to change his gloves and and for her to be helped. He said that could help her yet. I’ve been to many Subway’s and I sincerely believe that this is the worst store I have ever...

Tried a few times to get a sub. Everytime I try it something different. No bread, no meat clearly no manager that knows how to properly keep their store stocked to keep our small town people eating in their own small town.

Update: tried to go in and get a sub. I know it's really weird but they lacked all the basics. No onions, no tomatoes, 1 type of bread, no soup, no meatballs for my last option easy sub. Not sure what's ever going on with this place but truly needs to get it together. Only 4 places to eat in town and I keep trying here but won't again...
