Worst experience, I’m understanding of being short staffed, but I waited over an hour, I was picking up my son from work who had ice cream with him and after an hour I called inside and said my pizza was supposed to be done 45 minutes ago and I have ice cream melting in my car and when would it be ready , the man than answered (I learned was also the manager) said “yeah it’s going in the oven soon you should just go home drop off the ice cream and come back” I said I’d rather not waste my time and gas if you could give me an eta “I just did I said it’s about to go in the oven” then he came out 15 minutes later saying they made all of my pizzas wrong and they would have to remake them all , and I again reminded him of been waiting well over an hour and have a floor full of melted ice cream that’s a loss “well I don’t know what to say people make mistakes “ and walked away after nearly 2 hours I walked in and the lobby was full of other upset guest , the staff had no sense of urgency, the manager actually appeared high the way he moved and spoke so slowly and care free. I again asked for my food and he finally walked to the heat lamps and received it after a 2 hour wait. Got home the pizzas were not cut and one of them didn’t have sauce on half of it and cheese literally sliding off the other side. Another had so many burnt air bubbles everywhere it was like eating burnt toast. He never once apologized or offered anything to improve the situation just seemed annoyed I was disappointed. I tried to contact customer service for 3 days. This is one of the few local places convenient to picking up my son so we usually order here 3-4 times a month, but never again seeing the lack of customer service from the store manager up to the corporate office I won’t spend $50 wasting my time to be treated rudely and receive such poor quality food. Read moreSuch a horrible experience and such a unprofessional Manager responce. I placed a delivery order on line and delivery time was 50 min. No problem because it was a football Sunday, I got that. But when the pizza delivery guy got here, he handed me the wrong pizza order. Before I realized I had the wrong order, he was gone. I called the store immediately to speak with a manager. Told the manager that I received the wrong order and his unprofessional response was the big "F" word. Then after putting me on hold to contact driver which he could not reach, he said he would have him bring me out a fresh pizza in about a hour!!! A hour later he shows up WITH A COLD PIZZA AND COLD TATOR TOTS!!! And the pizza was suppose to be hand tossed BUT was a thin crust. I was so pissed but I had waited 2 hours for my order and although it was wrong, I decided to just eat it and call the Store Manager the next day to discuss my unfortunate experience. To my surprise, the next day I called and got a very unconcerned Manager who did not even bother to apologize after I told him of what had happened but instead said nothing at all and put me on hold. Didn't say why or hold on so I hung up and I will never ever order from them AGAIN....
Read moreOnly 1 star bc I have to do it to make the review and there was was decent flavor to the veggies. We ordered our 1 large veggie pizza with NO mushrooms (due to an allergy) and to ADD banana peppers (bc I love them) at 5:15 on a Saturday. Obv we’re aware that delivery takes time, that’s not an issue. However, the problem was that the quality check was at 5:35, due to the tracker, and we didn’t get it until after 6:30….and we’re 7 mins from this location. The pizza was COLD, mushrooms were on it and no banana peppers. Wth, right? When I called, calmly, the staff was just not very friendly or professional sounding to be frank. Said there was only 2 options, after the system tried to give us 60 points to fix the problem, to give a store credit or make a new one and send it. Uhhhh….it’s gonna be after 8-9 (slightly dramatic) before we get another one and we already got everyone figured out for dinner. They did finally agree to do a full refund since it was the only solution to make us happy. We’ll see if we get it, but we will no longer use this...
