We have been very regular customers here for years. We have ordered pad Thai (to go) several times. At least three of those they gave us chicken and rice!!! We have let them know, but did not want to do anything to compensate for their mistake!! For about the last year my niece and I have been going in to eat their Tom Gha Gai soup. It has thin chicken pieces in it. The chicken, even being in the broth, tastes freezer burned, sometimes it's worse than others. We have let them know to no avail. And the last time we at the soup with the chicken in it, we both got a bad stomach upset!! So for the last 10-15 times we've gone, we have asked them, in Lou of the chicken, just add more mushrooms. They have not offered any type of discount even though it is without the meat (which is the most costly ingredient.) Today we went back and ordered the large bowl of soup and once again asked them to add extra mushrooms in Lou of the chicken. When they brought our soup out it had very few mushrooms, clearly they did not give us any additional mushrooms and to add insult to injury they charged us almost $4 extra when we asked for a few more mushrooms. I asked to speak to the manager and our waiter said "OK", but then came back to the table and said the manager was not there. So I said whose decision was it to charge us more, he said the cook. When I asked to speak to them he said that they were too busy! I told him to please let the cook know that we were very disappointed that we had been over charged. The waiter said he told them and they said that they did not really care!!! I'm will not be back and I'm sure we can find a really good...
Read moreAs a customer who has been dining at this establishment for the past 20 years, I never thought I would have to leave this place a bad review. Today 6/27/24 I was dining with my daughter. I always order the Pad Prik King with chicken and get them to add mushrooms, broccoli, and baby corn. Which I have always paid extra for the add on veggies. Today, they refused to add the broccoli to my dish and told me I could not get three extra veggies. I explained to the writer that I have never had an issue getting that before. He then went to go talk to the Chef and the chef still refused to fix my order. He said that he always remembers his usual orders but he didn't remember mine. Then I asked to speak to the manager and was told she isn't around that much. I was given her number which I have called several times and left a voice mail. Still no call back. I'm beginning to think I was given a fake number. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I should get what I am willing to pay extra for and have paid extra for. For 20 years this has never been an issue. Why now? Over the years, especially within the last 13 years, this placed has changed management, staff, and cooks too many times. And the quality of service and portions has gone down while prices have gone way up. The only reason why I have stuck with this place is because I like the food. But now I am considering finding a new Thai...
Read moreI want to give credit to my wife for this restaurant selection. We have driven past them a number of times and wanted to try a location, not from our address. One of the nice aspects of their location is not just the closeness and convenience relative to Eagles Landing and SR 42, but the quietness. The restaurant is very quiet, especially considering it is close to the intersection. Clean, great Asian ambiance, and spaciousness between each eating area. Not shown is the Thai tea. It is a great refresher along with the sweet. No caffeine is needed. Please bear with me while I try to idea each meal shown. There are 2 beef platters: N2. Pad See Ew and P3 Spicy Basil Beef. F5 is the Deep Sea Combination. A1 is the Shrimp Shumari 5 that resembles ravoli, and the A6 are the Thai Pot Stickers with dipping sauce. Each plate has its own unique flavor. I love the tenderness of the Thai pot stickers and Shrimp Shumari. Both beef dishes have a little bit of spice for more kick, and the Dea Combination has a nice mix of sweet, sour, and crunchiness. Everything was well seasoned and not salty, but very satisfying. The service was very good with...
