I’ve placed several online orders at this location, as it sits just outside of our subdivision, and we’ve never had a problem with the service before tonight. That being said, the guy doing your cooking has a demeanor and attitude that can best be described as the inmate who’s been given the job of cooking for the other prisoners. He was very, unnecessarily rude and began yelling and pointing towards the door saying that he didn’t care if I had placed my order 30 minutes ago, I was gonna have to wait. When I asked the server taking the orders for a refund, he spun around again and yelled that I can go online and request a refund. When I asked if there was a manager available he yelled that she’d be in at 7am. I’ve terminated employees in my stores who exhibit this level of unprofessional behavior, and I chose not to match his energy. But please send this guy to a store that’s located somewhere that appreciates this type of service. Read moreThe 4am crew is hit or miss. It can be good, bad, or mediocre. It depends on who is there. Don't think about placing a to go order. They wont answer. I was told it was because people call in and then wont pick up heir orders. It's frustrating to try to call in with no answer and then when you get there the employees are chilling with no customers in the restaurant. Today I placed an order and added additional items to it which brought my bill up significantly, but that's what I wanted. When I got to work and sat down to eat I found out that three of the four items that I ordered were not in my dish. That completely changed the taste of my food. $20 wasted because I trashed it. Tried to call and complain, but guess what. Nobody answered. I should have just passed on by today after they didn't answer. 6/24/2024 (UPDATE) so I spoke with Calvin the manager of this location this morning and he made sure everything was in order from my previous order placed on 6/23/2024 Calvin was professional and handled the situation with perfection, spoke with another manager around noontime also today I can’t recall her name but she was amazing too I made up in my mind that I would no longer spend my money at Waffle House anymore but if I did I would go to a different location but after speaking with the managers I’ve reconsidered due to the well spoken and uplifting management and customer service today, they made sure everything was fixed so guys if you have problems just be patience they have a wonderful management team in place that will help make...
