Upon arrival mia my partner asked if we could have a moment to make our decision and we were told just to use the kiosk. And then we ordered from the kiosk like. Instructed, we customize our burgers to come off the broil, which means fresh.We also want them to be cut in half and we also wanted to dine in. I said hello to everybody when I walked in.I got nothing just dirty looks. When Our name was called.The order was backed up.My partner advised them that we're eating in, they pretty much ignore that.So then she had to ask for our drinks which were never given to us.Till we ask for them. they gave us one straw, when I asked for napkins I was given 3 I asked for some extra napkins.I was giving 2 more then I said.Can you give me some napkins?I'm gon to make a mess.She had to be three more napkins. I asked for the zesty onion ring sauce which I didn't get, i didn't go up there and ask for anything else because I got nothing but attitude from Aldra . I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name.Cause she was very rude and didn't want to give it to me but I can tell you when we walked in none of them were busy.They were all joking around having a good old time. The inside was filthy.The bathroom even fil theater, one of the restrooms was extremely dirty.That we went in the other one was closed. They were not only rude to me but every person after me a little old lady named theresa they yelled in her. They forced her to use the keosk, she asked for a receipt and was not provided one. Then another couple came in with a child, an Indian couple from India.They were very sweet.They were rude to them too.Told them use the key osk that's what it there for!!! And then after I asked for my napkins, they were sitting there talking about me in Spanish which I speak Spanish so I just sat there and let them talk.Horrible things. I'm sure you guys have video tape because I worked for burger king literally thirty five years ago and I never ever gave out this uncustomer service. We left the facility.There was a line.There was another couple with a child they were french. I was outside taking a picture. They came fleeing out.I said what happened.Did they not talk to you?The dad said no.They are very rude.No customer service at all. I said yeah, that's why I'll be complaining and I will be calling corporate. On top of all this, our burgers were just slapped together, not cutting off at all.I took pictures of everything even though dirty bathroom.I took a video.Knowing that I didn't video is the workers.Cause that's illegal. Read moreUnfortunately aside from breaking down in the drive through no fault of theirs. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional . My experience on Thanksgiving evening was this: I went through drive drive-through made my purchase (not cheap I might add for fast food. )As I was exiting the drive thru my car broke down. Fine .everyone behind me was very polite ,very patient. I moved out of the way parked the car& waited for a tow truck. Went into the establishment to use the restroom and grab another soda. The girls ignored me at the front when I said good evening how are you tonight I was blatantly ignored again . I made my purchase and said thank you. And, was ignored yet again. Only this time I got dirty looks shot at me. I said well then you girls have a nice evening very much have a nice evening continued through the to the side door to exit. Which now all the sudden was blocked off with some chairs. Whereupon, I found two younger gentleman wrestling about and chasing each other at which point I asked if there was a manager available that I could speak with? 1 of the kids jumped up from underneath his wrestling position and said I am the manager. I kind of chuckled to myself and thought is he 12? And, who the heck is in charge here why are these boys why are these boys who are supposedly in management playing grab-ass with his coworker? I explained to him what poor customer service I received . His reply to me was that they were probably mad cuz they have to work Thanksgiving. Oh Cry Me a River!TBSS too bad so sad ! Sorry you had your epiphany on Thanksgiving. Guess it's time 2 grow the heck up and enterThe Real World. Here's a news brief a lot of us also worked on Thanksgiving and we're capable of being nice to our customers and clientele. I've been in customer service my whole life and it takes just as much energy to be positive and kind as it does to be rude and obnoxious I don't think there's anybody employed there that evening that was over the age of 18 absolutely the worst customer service and management I've ever seen. I hope this isn't any indication of the sign of the times and the new generation and their work ethic if so and this is not an isolated incident...
Read moreNever I mean never order for delivery. They dont tell you if their orders are backed up and make you wait for hrs. After 2 hrs of waiting my order had not even left the store. I didnt know they were backed up in orders until I called the store very upset and ended up cancelling my order. They had charged my card already and said it would take up to 7 days to credit my acct. 2 Weeks go by and still no refund. We called to talk to a manager and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and asked why I wanted to talk to the manager because they were unavailable. Later on about a week or two later my husband talked to a manager and kept getting the run around. They just keep saying its going to take 7-10 days to receive money back on my husbands card. It had already been a month already! This is ridiculous. They seriously need to update the online ordering service and notify customers prior to ordering that they are busy and how long the wait time is so they dont just order and not know theres a delay. We called corporate and said theres nothing they can do that I would have to call this number they gave me which used to be their delivery number for ordering which is only a recording saying to go online. The service at this stockton charter way store is the worst! How hard is it that they couldnt just have us come in the store and just give us the cash back. Instead all they offered up was a free meal. Are you kidding me? My purchase was about $15. Finally after another week or two my husband got ahold of a regional manager and thats only because he sent an email saying that if they dont make it right he was going to call Kurtis from channel 13 news about their horrible service. Right away they called back but for some reason wasnt able to refund a card after this long which wasnt our fault. So they offered us a free $25 giftcard. We will never order online again. And if you decide to first call the store and ask them before ordering if theres a long wait time. But I still would not recommend ordering online from this...
