BurgerIM Morada — Restaurant in Stockton

Burger IM had been calling my name for weeks! I stopped by Raley's after picking up my twins from school because they offer fresh fruit for any students free of charge, and immediately noticed the changing Neon signs with all that they offer. Later that evening, my husband, myself, and our 3 boys entered the establishment. We were greeted immediately upon arrival, offered free games for the boys, including air hockey and foosball. The older gentleman was completely patient while we looked through their extensive yet appetizing menu. We ordered some of everything. While waiting for our food, he took the time to show us a separate room, disgusted for birthday parties, or any celebration. He even stated that we could bring our on good in, or a food truck if we preferred. My oldest ordered a cheeseburger (plain with lettuce only) and fries and rated it a 10/10. My twins ordered the same, 1 hamburger plain with ketchup only, 1 cheeseburger with lettuce only. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with mushroom and fries, he also rated it a 10/10. I myself, ordered the chicken wings bone in with habanero sauce. I also rated the chicken a 10/10 and was also given an extra side of hananero sauce upon request for an additional price. My recent experience at Burgerim was highly disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my concerns. Despite prominently displaying halal signs throughout the restaurant, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of their claims.

One glaring issue was their sale of alcoholic beverages, including beers, which is not in line with halal dietary guidelines. This inconsistency between their signage and the actual offerings is deeply concerning.

Additionally, I couldn't help but notice the absence of a halal certificate, a standard assurance that is expected from establishments claiming to serve halal food. The absence of such certification raises questions about the transparency and authenticity of their halal claims.

In summary, Burgerim's blatant discrepancies between their halal signage, the sale of alcoholic beverages, and the lack of a halal certificate have left me questioning the integrity of their halal offerings. I would caution anyone seeking authentic halal cuisine to be wary of this restaurant's claims and consider alternative...

This was our first time here. It was very clean, the staff were extremely kind & enthusiastic. The food we delish! I had the Falafal Burger. So good!! Full of flavor, an incredible crunch, & all the fixins were FRESH!! My husband & kids all had cheese burgers & their French fries were the best friends I've ever had! Hands down!

I'm not a Burger eater so I was hesitant but willing to give this place a go. We were excitedly greeted & welcomed warmly by a person who I can only assume was the manager/owner from outside the restaurant. (They were walking back in as we were approaching the entrance.) Even the cook came out of the kitchen to check on us & to see how our meal was.

We were the only family in there tonight at that time besides another set of people came to pick up a to go order. I had no doubt we would have been treated/greeted & given the same quality of service & food had they been packed to the max. We will 100%...
