Management recently changed. Since that change, most of the competent people who worked there have left. I mostly come in on weekends. Actually, I hardly ever come in at all anymore. There are two other Starbucks nearby I prefer to frequent.
The new crew are quite noisy. Noisy to the point where on this visit I observed several instances where customers did not hear their name called when their order was ready.
My drink order was acceptable, not good. It was a little too cool and the proportions of the ingredients were off. Under the old management, I would have had them remake it and they would have done so happily. Except, this never happened then.
When I came in, I waited several minutes in an empty store before the lady behind the counter was ready to take my order. Honestly, I was ready to leave and go to another store in about another thirty seconds.
In the half dozen visits I have made since the new management, I have heard a number of inappropriate, self-congratulatory comments from the staff while I was there. Several were pointed criticisms of prior employees. Even if the criticisms were accurate, making them where customers can hear is never okay.
Stocking of things like napkins has also been a problem in those few visits. When the store is very busy, things like that happen. When there are five people working and the store is mostly empty, there is no excuse for this.
I can't say I will never come back. The location is such that I likely will find it necessary. But when I have a choice, I will go somewhere else and I recommend you...

The cashier then decided to shoot me the dirtiest look which is actually pretty rude. He then CONTINUED to treat me rudely after saying sorry.
Look, I'm usually a mellow guy and don't leave bad reviews at places, but that was uncalled for. That's pretty unprofessional. Just because I made a mistake and went ahead, doesn't justify me being treated that way. He probably thought I was trying to cut in front of the other customer, which wasn't the case.
I've been coming to this Starbucks for years because I grew up in this area, and never have I been treated this way. Honestly, that's messed up. I hope someone in charge can address your worker's...
