Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

Placed an online order dec. 13th 2020. Waited an hour. App said it was delivered, even though it was not. Called location and employee told me to wait a little longer the app isnt always right. Waited another 30 min still no food. Called and canceled entire order. Fast forward 3 weeks and i have yet to recieve payment put back on my card. So i call. "Manager" says they did cancel my order that night and that my address theu had on file was not the correct address.. Odd cause its correct on my reciept and online profile. She insist she will be getting her higher up manager to look into it that day and get my payment sent back.... Fast forward to today... Still no payment replaced to me and have called store multiple times to only sit on hold for 10min plus and never get answered. This is just theft at this point. I am looking into other avenues on how to get my money back from this...

Hey, I usually don't leave reviews but when I tried to call to a shift leader or manager and was hung up on before getting a real live person. Wanted to let you know there is something wrong with the dough your sending out today. Seemed like it may have been stretched on a screen before it was allowed to warm up to the proper temp or it was put on a screen and allowed to sit too long or the dough-balls may have been in the walk-in too long and are expired. Whole center of both pies are flat and have a huge gel line. "so gross" Also, whoever cut both pies didn't push hard enough. Impossible to pull apart hot pies with no structure to them especially when they just have lines pushed into them and are not cut through. Pies were hot, delivered quick, and topped correctly. Please take a look at you dough management I'm a long time dominos customer and a former G.M. of a similar...

I used to LOVE this Domino's. I'm allergic to garlic (that's why I chose no garlic) when I called to let them know that they did indeed, put garlic on it the first lady was nice and asked her Manager what they could do to fix it. Since my order was carry out and carry out was closed he said I'd have to pick my dinner up tomorrow. Even the lady said she didn't agree with that.. so she asked if I like to speak with him personally, I said yes. I was very kind the whole time (considering I understand mistakes happen.. we're only human.) And as soon as Josh the manager got on the phone I received nothing but an attitude. They wouldn't even deliver my pizza.. they expected me to pay. I don't trust this Domino's anymore I'd advise you guys don't either. I went in to get my pizza and I had asked for my money back instead I GOT YELLED AT THEN THEY THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME...
