We went to place an order of 5 dozen paletas on the 5th of May and paid for it in full on that day. We stated the day of pick up would be the 24th of May and listed all of that flavors we wanted. We get to the shop to pick up our order and the staff did not know what we were talking about and had to keep communicating with the manager. We were being told that our order wasn’t there and they tried to give us flavors we didn’t ask for from their minimal selection. Staff kept asking who did we talk to over and over again saying that the manager Adrian didn’t tell them anything. After 45 minutes of no answers, we requested a refund since they were not finding our order. Then the staff member went to the back and all of a sudden found our order. I requested he count them in front of me so we can make sure the order was correct which he hesitated to do. Once he had laid them out, i noticed it was not what we ordered as there was flavors missing that we ordered such as lime and bubblegum. When i asked the staff about it, he said “oh i guess he said we didn’t have any”. They just threw together whatever so they wouldn’t have to refund us our money. Honestly I’ve been to other locations and each one never disappointed until today. I’ve honestly tried to enter the location once before but they were closed even though the hours said otherwise but that’s fine. Today was packed so it was nice to see the location have customers they didn’t have ice cream so it was a huge let down. They had other things but not the things we wanted my daughter wanted the chocobanana and they didn’t have it. So we settled with the raspados I was genuinely excited. Until I tried it was legit like jelly and ice you couldn’t enjoy the raspados because all you had in your mouth was cold jelly. Not worth the money if I can go back in the past I would not return to this location. Do better hire someone to help clean the tables they were so sticky the front window of the store were so dirty. Not to mention the sneeze guard glass were disgusting. Never again do better that’s all I can say. Employees should wear gloves no matter what, if they’re working with food. Saw an employee walk out the restroom rubbing his wet hands on his clothing and continued to work with food...

I’ve been to this place 3 times and all times they are understaffed. The person who serves you is the same person to charge you. I also notice some people don’t use gloves when serving. They are always always out of stuff. Even spoons. Their tables are always so dirty as well as the floor and it’s just going down hill. It’s sad that such a nice place isn’t being taken care of like it should. This place can be a great successful business. But the way the owner is running it wow they need help big time. They really need to step their game up and stay on-top of what is needed. The ice creams you can tell they don’t get refilled periodically they taste like chalk especially the chongo ones.
