I came here to get a Charger (they have good prices for good products). it was by far one of my favorite stores until today. i waited in line for 45 MINUTES because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do a return of a lady who was returning about 5 items. another lady came for a return and she attended her before me! another cashier came and scanned my charger, i was ready to pay & she left me at the counter! she said i’ll be back and went to her manager to tell her something and came back 20 mins later! they did not apologize for me waiting inline for over an hour and after i was walking out they looked at me and laugh. everyone was SUPER RUDE. never...

The girls working on 6/7/19 were so rude that I left without buying anything. I was so happy to find a rainbow again because I grew up shopping there when I was a kid back in Chicago. The first time I stepped in, the manager was very welcoming and assured me they restock with new items every week. So I started checking in regularly. Today, that ends. I hope that manager reads this and realizes that they have a problem with their employees running customers out. These girls are truly haters, but I can see why 🤣 Stay away from this store. Was here the other night with my youngest daughter. She wanted to go shopping. There was a Major Clearance sale going on. Prices as low as $3 and $5.

My youngest daughter knows how to shop and she picked out a whole lot of clothes or three and five bucks. She also picked out some regular priced items too.

The damage wasn't bad at all. When I saw the pile behind the I was thinking about $200 or so lol.
