Eddie's Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

So today my wife placed an order 2hrs before pickup (4pm) when she arrived she had to wait 25 mins more for our order, now I'm not mad about that but what I am heated on is that when she was there she informed me that a lot of people were upset and the the guy managers were pretty much hind and letting all the women take the heat. Now when she brought the pizza home we started eating the pizza and realized that on both pizza the had made 3/4s of a cup of cheese on each pie( more pizza sauce) when I called up to complain of this 73.00 disappointment the lady on the phone said I couldn't talk to the managers because they are busy, I explained and I told her I needed to talk to them about this issue she put me on hold and ten when the kid hoped on he said I needed to bring 80% of my pizza back to have them replace it i asked him for the the corporate number and he said the is nothing they will do on my issue, when I told him to give me the number he told me to come in and get it. I told him he can just give me the number and he told me have a nice day and hung up on me. When I called back the little girl answered the phone and I asked her what the name of the manager was and I needed the corporate phone number so I could can( that way I can talk to upper management, she replied for me to come in rude like and hung the phone up on me................don't forget your company records...

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THEY MUST HIRE KIDS WHO HATE THEIR JOB I ASKED ABOUT THE SPECIALS THE GIRL WAS VERY DRY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF MENU SEEMED IRRATTATED HUNG UP IN MY FACE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME THE MANAGER SYLIVA WAS NO HELP SHE WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND READY TO GO TO WAR BEHIND HER EMPLOYEES I JUST SUGGESTED SHE GIVE THE YOUNG LADY A BREAK SHE SOUND OVERWHELMED OR EXHAUSTED AND MADE EXCUSES FOR HER BAD ATTITUDE END OF THE DAY I JUST WANTED TO ORDER PIZZA WAS ABOUT T SPEND ABOUT 80 BUCKS ON A 2 PIZZA JUST TO BE TREATED RUDELY TOLD MANAGER I NEED EMPLOYEE NAME TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT SHE SAID FOR SECURITY REASONS I WASNT ABLE TO GET HER NAME WHICH I THINK ITS WEIRD BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER I SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHO I HAVE GIVEN MY PERSONAL INFO TO I HIGHLY SUGGEST A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS TO ENHANCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SO SAD I JUST WANTED TO ORDER A PIZZA I JUST MOVED BACK TO HOMETOWN AND MISSED THEIR PIZZA ILL PROBABLY BE ON 86 LIST...

I ordered a pizza and ordered it with no bell peppers, when i got it it was not hot, it had bell peppers. So i immediatly called and spoke with someone. They said that they would remake the pizza, thats it. Well they remade it and sent the delivery guy back, well the manager wanted a picture of the pizza, well there was 2 pieces left because the workers i had working ate most of it. So the manager said he didnt want to give me the pizza because there was 2 pieces left. So he wanted me to pay full price for the 2nd one.
