🐔🔥🇲🇽 Wow, what a gran transformación at Kasi’s Chicken and Fries (1537 N Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205)! This spot used to be a franchise, but now that it’s a locally owned small business, the difference is night and day! 🙌

It’s always a delight to see manager Casi—her energía and pasión are contagious! 🌟 Now that she has full control over the recipes and quality, you can really taste the ❤️ she puts into every dish. Plus, she’s able to pass the savings on to the customer—so we’re the BIG winners here! 🥳

I tried the Classic Fries 🍟 and the Mango Habanero Wings 🍗🌶️🥭—and let me tell you, both were top-notch! The fries were crispy, loaded with sabor, and that homemade sauce? ¡Delicioso! 🤤 Everything tasted fresh and you can tell the ingredients are locally sourced. The Mango Habanero was hands down my favorite—sweet, spicy, and probably the healthiest choice on the menu. 🌶️💛

💵 Prices are super reasonable, portions are generous, and the vibe is puro Stockton with a touch of Mexican sabor! 🎶💃 This is definitely my new go-to spot for wings and fries.

She refuses to admit when she’s wrong, prioritizes her own image and money over the people who actually run the place, and makes decisions that benefit herself rather than the team.
