I was buying all my own my kids and my family jewelry,some of my family has also, the last few visits and calls haven't been good. I brought a $1200 ring in that I purchased only wore twice that was missing a diamond already after ONLY being worn twice in less than a year and they wanted to charge me AND then they didn't even replace the correct diamond like WHAT!!! We went in there to get our ring resized we have 2 14 karat gold rings We pay a little bit more than $100 and he said it will take them a couple of days and then he will call us and they were ready he finally called us he didn’t put our size numbers back on our rings which is 14 karat they were scratch I went and had them tested at another jeweler and they told me that my rings are now 10 karat so he stole my 14 karat gold and switch them out for 10 karat I’ve been trying to get a hold of them no answer they are thieves I do NOT...
