McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockton

The worst Mcdonalds I ever dashed... I arrive to this McDonald's location and the order that was placed by a customer had dissapeared and so I was told to wait in the front parking lot so they could make it. 43 min later I was finally given the order which was only: 40 piece chicken nugget, 2 fries and 2 drinks.. (for those of you that don't know Door Dash gets their orders from McDonald's packaged up all into one bag, drinks and all and sealed up with stickers). I asked the employee "are the drinks in the bag?", she replied "yes". I proceeded to take the order to the customer's address and they open it on the spot as I'm about to leave and tell me that there's no drinks in the bag.. I then had to drive all the way back to the McDonald's and wait another 10 to 15 minutes just for two drinks. It killed so much of my time and I missed several orders and wasted a lot more fuel just correcting that. Locations like these shouldn't be on the doordash platform if they aren't going to treat them like every other order. I've been noticing more and more how these restaurants are tending to the people that are in their drive-thru for new orders and leaving doordash orders to last minute which doesn't make sense since those are the same as any other order, they were paid for and I had to go to the drive-thru and wait for it like everyone else. when it takes 40 something minutes just for 40 chicken nuggets that's ridiculous this is only happened one other time so far to me and It was at El Forestero in Stockton on Wilson Way (another restaurant that should have never been on the platform)..but at least I eventually got my food at this McDonald's, I didn't get anything from El Forestero they totally just flaked the whole thing off.. so unprofessional. **EDIT- (Wanted to add that it isnt nessesarily Mcdonalds thats the issue ive been to alot of good McDonald's that handled the orders very quickly and professionally, ive noticed all my bad experiences have been with restaurants in Stockton, particularly all the ones on Wilson way are...

So we go up there so I can get something to eat on the way to the ER I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries ( FYI they extended the free any size fries but it wouldn't work on the app and when I asked are they going to at least honor it I was told a very fast no.) & 3 chocolate chip cookies, I requested for the fries to be fresh which they were & same for the cookies as well... now for the burger... heck nah mannnnn that was the most disrespectful, disgusting thing I ever had!

I took one bite and that dang thing was room temperature to cool also they put big pieces of onions on there oh & I was able to thump the bun and it made a sound that was the last straw!

Cooked to order my behind we had to go back show them and when I requested a new order of fries, lil miss snippy says "Are you going to give back the fries we gave you??? All I could do is laugh as I'm passing the bag to my daughter to give the manager because at this point no one was on their A-Game jeez.

My husband always does the surveys on the receipt you get a promo. Today I went to McDonald's my first time using one of these receipt promos. I went inside ordered 1 quarter pounder w/ cheese and 1 big mac 2 small fries and a large strawberry shake. The receipt promo was buy one get one any sandwich equal or lesser value. The cashier needed help so a manager came over and stated she dealt with this yesterday and it was buy one get one 50% off. I said that's not what the promo states. I asked for another manager since I didn't believe she was a manager. The next person stated she didn't know anything about the promo and gave me one sandwich free. While waiting for my order the second person spoke to a person who was either the owner or district manager he stated the promo was buy 1 sandwich get the same sandwich for free. That you can't order like I did a quarter pounder and a big mac. I will never go back to that McDonald's ever again. Educate your managers and district managers and employees about your promos especially with the prices being so high to eat at McDonald's. Even with the 1 sandwich for free my...
