Tried this place twice and both times it was a fail. I get it they just opened and they will be slow as many of them are learning. First time waited 35 min inside the lobby with only two people ahead of me waiting for a drink I get drive thru was a priority ( hence, yes I know I should of gone through drive thru but my kid was excited to see the inside) anyhow it took me another extra 5 mins to get a refund since the cashier was sitting down talking to another coworker in the lobby talking about their day and no they werenāt on break. Second try it today I went thru drive thru having to learn my lesson the first time so I thought Iām here still sitting waiting itās been 20 minutes. Iāll try back when everyone is trained well not thatās a problem I just donāt have the patience if you want it fast service my suggestion...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I go to a Starbucks literally every day if not 2-3 times a day (it depends how busy my day is) However, I come to this location EVERY Tuesday like clockwork and my two complaints wouldāve just been the fact that they arenāt as friendly as others and the fact that my coffee isnāt hot when I receive it⦠BUT today didnāt just make me upset but also concerned me for that one person that may be on the lazy side and doesnāt pay attention to what is going into our cups⦠Just my coffee alone was $7 and I spent $30 plus tip for my order today and when I opened my cup up to reheat my coffee (I know thatās not the best to reheat coffee like that) however I seen something in my cup and I still donāt know what it is but I donāt think Iāll be buying coffee from here!!!! Maybe itās time for some new training...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was there for OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING for my order to be completed. It was buy one get one free day however that's no excuse. There were ONLY 3 people working!!! When I got there I was the only one in line inside however there was a line in the drive-thru. My Hot drink came out quickly but my cold drink came out 25 minutes later. I was a bit confused because people who came in after me with 4 drinks ordered got theirs before me and it wasn't a mobile order. Needless to say thank goodness I wasn't in a rush or else I would have been very upset! I was irritated by this wait and lack of acknowledgment when I asked if my 2nd drink was put in when I ordered it. The quality of customer service was less than desirable given numerous...
