Subway — Restaurant in Stockton

I stood in line just to use a coupon and when I asked if they accepted them, the 2 old females spoke to each other in their native Farsi language, I find this to be very rude. Then she said yes I can use the coupon but only the very basic sandwich, I said fine I'll just pay for the sandwich without the coupon because I wanted a big hardy sandwich for lunch. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said Swiss and she snapped back at me with a mean tone of voice and said "No Swiss"? So I asked what type of cheese do you have, there was a list of available cheese options stuck to the display glass and she tapped very hard on the list many many times as if she were getting upset with me????

Now everyone started staring at me, I don't know why, maybe to see if I was losing my patience as well. I firmly believe in good customer service, we are the reason businesses such as this establishment exist, but maybe these women, who speak Farsi, do not understand this American concept, but I'm merely just trying to find a good sandwich and don't understand why I am being treated this way?

I considered for a moment to continue with my order and then surprise her with the old "oh, I forgot my wallet" trick, and just walk out, but I'm better than that, so I immediately cancelled my order and just told her, I changed my mind because she was being rude, and apologized.

I wrote this long review about this place because I really want everyone to understand how horrible the service was, and how we as paying customers do not deserve to be treated in this manner, please...

My wife went in to get 2 sandwiches and a salad for our family. She was met with rude comments from a young Indian guy with a tattoo behind his ear. He even tried to get her social media after passive aggressive remarks. My wife wanted to make sure I got a SALAD and the idiot puts a thin layer of spinach in a bowl so of course she's gonna ask for more. When she asked for more she was met with "you really like spinach huh?" His trend of light toppings continued as he put bare minimum on the salad and the sandwiches. She ordered a pretzel and a soda and then he asks her if she wants 2 pretzels and 2 sodas instead of 1 and she took it as he was insinuating all that food was for her and she somehow needed more than what she ordered. SHUT UP AND MAKE THE FOOD! we were there a couple weeks ago and a lovely petite black woman served us and she was AMAZING! The one star goes to her and her alone. P.S. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but it goes straight to voicemail and the box is full... go figure! Probably filled...

Today I went to Subway... (the one on Manthey road) And as per usual I ordered 2 footlongs... I asked for provolone on one and American cheese on the other. The American cheese container only had 1 piece in it. And so the woman who was making my sandwich (the manager) asked an employee to go get American cheese from the back. The employee replies in Hindi, "Just put pepper jack cheese, it not like they can tell the difference," and he implied that we don't understand him. When we confronted him, he stated that he was just joking. His tone when he told the manager about the pepper jack cheese wasn't a joking tone. So that was definitely a lie. The manager also had the audacity to claim that she doesn't know the owner's name. Which is practically impossible. Pepper jack is spicy and my children don't like spicy food. So they would have definitely noticed that it wasn't the cheese of their choice. Does anyone know what the owner's name and contact...
