Update: Monday, August 11, 2025 late night One employee raised your score from one star to four stars tonight. And that was KEVIN‼️‼️ Yes sir… One employee can make or break an experience at a restaurant/fast food joint. And Kevin did that tonight with a smile and with a genuine caring personality. Big kudos to Kevin‼️ I appreciate everything being cooked hot and fresh. Maybe that was because of the late hour and they don’t hold food at night. But I asked for my Chicken nuggets to be cooked fresh and they were hot! Just the way I want them. The salad was OK. Somehow it seemed a lot smaller than the salads I’ve had in the past. For $10 it should be a good size salad. Thanks again Kevin. Wendy’s is lucky to have you as an employee‼️

‼️‼️IM DONE WITH WENDY’S‼️☠️ Never never never order DoorDash for Wendy’s. I did tonight and I was sorry. So sorry I had to call DoorDash and complain! Wendy’s does not cook DoorDash orders fresh. They just give you whatever shit they have in the bin. My Dasher did an excellent job. She picked up the order within a minute of me placing it. That was my first indication that something was wrong. They didn’t even have time to cook it. And they did not cook it. Chicken nuggets were barely warm. They sent the wrong sauce. The burgers had a very thin piece of dried out meat. The meat is the size of a slider from white Castle! The whole experience was a mess. DoorDash did good. Wendy’s sucked! I won’t be a customer at Wendy’s in the future‼️☠️ NOTE: after trying several unsuccessful attempts to contact Wendy’s via phone, I actually received a call back from Leslie, the manager on duty. That was quite surprising. We had a short discussion about the issues I encountered and she offered some help and suggestions and said that next time I come in she would be sure to make it right. I thought that was pretty awesome. Leslie, you are a great manager. Kudos‼️👍🏻 ———————— Update: Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023 2:40 p.m. I just called this Wendy’s to ask a question. I cannot believe the attitude that I received from the manager! She is definitely not management material. I would recommend to corporate to replace this manager or you will lose business. Read moreI don't know what's going on, but the behavior is unacceptable. On July 26, 2022 between 10:30pm-10:35pm, I attempted to place an order via drive thru. There was no one in the drive thru except myself. The female voice taking my order was very rude, talked over me the whole time, was inattentive to what I was asking, and then cut me off again before I finished my order. Literally was ordering a strawberry frosty, and as I was literally, verbally telling her the size, she cuts me off and gives me a total and tells me to go to the second window. She's done with me apparently. Then another car pulls behind me. I was so upset, I didn't even want to deal with this person, for now I absolutely did not trust her to complete my order correctly or tamper with it in some fashion. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, detrimental, and lazy behavior. I work in a high demand food service job as well and considering there was no one else they were tending to, there is no reason for this attitude and behavior on the job. I should not have to repeat myself various times, I should not be getting cut off in the middle of my order, I should not feel cast aside and unimportant as a customer. Read moreThis was absolutely the worst Wendys I have ever visited. After sitting in the Drive-Thru line for over 30 minutes being only the fifth car there was no "sorry about the wait" and no receipt. The food was not hot the burger look like it had been unwrapped to remove the onions as requested. Chili was not available so I upgraded my fries to the bacon Pub fries which had almost full pieces of bacon on top of fries with a little dab of cheese and they were not hot. My soda had set so long that it was watered down with barely any Fizz. I Googled Wendy's and did a survey and was offered the opportunity to do a product survey but once I had done the survey which included gender, age and race I was told that I didn't qualify to take the product survey.
