Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stonewall

I will not be coming back here! On New Years Eve night I came in and ordered 6 pizzas! The pizzas were supposed to be $7.99 each! I was charged $94! I just swiped my card all frivolously and didn't pay attention to my total, b/c I had my kids with me worrying me about getting fireworks! I asked for a receipt seeing that were going to have to come back and pick them up since it was an hour wait time! The lady at the counter told me that she couldn't print me out a receipt until the check was cashed out!(should've suspected something then) We left and got fireworks! While getting fireworks it hit me that I was charged $94 for an order that should've been hald that! Came back to get the pizza after the 45 minute wait time, the order wasn't ready still! I asked why my order was so much (when it shouldbe been around $50) the new lady at the counter looked at it and told me that my coupons wasn't applied! Which was odd b/c I specifically told the lady that I wanted 6 of the $7.99 pizzas! She fixed my order and had to refund me my money back and redo the transaction! But the icing on the cake was after sitting there an additional hour waiting for pizzas my order was never made!🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ So the manager gave me $20 credit and told me that we had to wait an additional 15! Waited the additional time and my order was wrong! Got my money back and left! It was terrible! I won't ever come back to this...

I ordered a delivery on Friday October 27th. It was a small pizza with a couple extra items. My delivery was supposed to arrive around 8:30 and my text said it was delivered. Apparently someone was standing outside and the driver assumed the man had placed the order. I finally received my order after 10 pm and was told I didn't qualify for any discounts because it was a new driver and not his fault. I am disabled, I was extremely tired and didn't even receive an apology when I called wondering WHO my food was delivered to. I'm also wondering why I was billed for BOTH orders. Over getting cold pizza from this location. How does one live literally five mins from the location and every time we order our food is cold like its made an hour long trip. Not to mention it takes them 30 minutes from the time it shows out for delivery to the time it gets to my house. Filing a complaint with corporate did nothing but get us a free pizza that was actually delivered hot but thats been the only one in 6 months thats been decent.
