My child wasn't feeling well for two days, so I took her here, after I filled out the sign in sheet after meeting the lady at the window, I believe her name was Sandy, she made us feel very welcomed there, I felt like I was walking into my own home, I felt so at home I almost started looking for a refrigerator to make something to eat, my child was nervous about being at the doctor but while we were still at the window my child probably forgot we were at the doctor just cause the lady at window was also treating my child with upmost respect and kindliness, So I guess about 10min later we were called back to the back (so I don't know what that other review is talking about waiting for 4hrs) we were greeted by a nurse who was also very friendly and also very respectful, made my little girl (4yrs old) a hand balloon to take her mind off of being in the back in this room and held a little conversation with her, then the Dr. came in Dr.English and she was very cool and seemed like she really enjoys her job and cares about her patients, she's not in a rush to leave you to get to the next patient or just show up for a paycheck, by the time me and my daughter left she had a balloon, 2suckers, and 3new friends,.. on the way out I was totally convinced I was at home because that's the way the staff made me feel I for real started looking for the fridge to make some to eat and drink... I’ve been with Mrs. English for about 2-3 years now, and she’s absolutely AMAZING! She always listens 100% to my concerns and never brushes off anything I say. Any concern I have, she always says, “we can test and check for it if you like just to be sure.” She’s always very upbeat, and isn’t judgmental at all. She also knows her information well. Before going to her, I had the worst periods imaginable and my prior doctor could not help me resolve it. The birth control my prior doctor put me on didn’t help whatsoever, but my doctor would not switch it. My first day with Mrs. English, I let her know my concerns with my period, and she immediately switched my birth control pill to one that worked and had absolutely no side effects for me! The Stonewall Office is also always very neat and clean, and all of their staff is extremely nice and helpful. I came here in December of 2018 and seen Megan English in Quick Care. She was very nice and treated me to the best of her ability. I need to see a specialist and she didn't hesitate to let me know. Seeing how we had just moved to the area I needed to see someone for my primary care, I set up an appointment with her, and have been seeing her since. In my opinion she is the best. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best medical care needed. I have also seen other providers here on short notice when Megan was unavailable.
