Top's China — Restaurant in Stonington

I've ordered here from time to time over the years and the quality of the food has continuously declined to the point that it's inedible.

I ordered a bunch of food for Superbowl Sunday and the only thing I could eat was the egg roll. The General Tso was inedible (boiled?) , the Lo Mein was inedible, the Pork Fried Rice was...tolerable

Every dish I ordered that had meat had a bread batter. Not a problem but there was three times the bread batter than there was meat and the meat type was questionable at best. Everyone has their own preference of taste when it comes to Chinese food but I LOVE this place. I went here for the first time tonight and ordered pickup. It was already ready when I got there in about 20 minutes. I also added crab rangoon last second when picking up and they made it super quick and it was amazing.
