Hidden Gem in a quiet town! The food here is fantastic, the service is attentive and quick, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Their Margaritas are strong, so be careful - make sure you have a designated driver as Uber doesn't pick up in Story City! I love the wall art and decor. The restaurant is quiet, so it's lovely for a 'date night'. I had the Fajitas, can't remember the name of the platter, but it was chicken, shrimp, Mexican sausage and steak for the meats in addition to the usual peppers and onions, and then came with an entirely separate plate full of rice, beans, the cold toppings for the Fajitas AND a cheese Quesadilla! The best fajitas I've ever had, hands down! Visited this place while driving back from Des Moines and it seemed like the only restaurant we'd like to eat in compared to regular freeway restaurants. And I don't regret it at all! The chicken fajitas were excellent and I could've kept eating more and more. The quantity is perfect as well. Their shrimp options aren't as awesome as the other chicken dishes. Even the beans were tasty and the food wasn't drizzled with cheese as some other restaurants like to do. I go in here at least once a week, usually more. I go with my employees a lot, and when I went in there today, they messed up our orders, and then assumed I was paying the bill because the guy handed me the check and never once asked if it needed split. I found that very rude and disrespectful! The time before that, he tried offering several of my employees a job, with me sitting right there, but spoke to them in spanish like I wouldn't understand what was going on.
