KFC — Restaurant in Stoughton

I had the most terrible and unbelievable experience when I went in there was no customers inside except me and another guy that had came at the same time I got in he even held the door for me to get in. When we got in, the employee’s were yelling and I thought they were arguing and it was them playing around; one almost fell on the floor because they had just finished moping. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for them to stop playing and ask us if we needed help. I ordered before I got there because I’m 15 minutes away. And then I had to wait another 12 to 15 minutes during that time I couldn’t believe my eyes. They were still laughing loud and playing around. I saw two guys that were working getting the food ready without face mask and another two ladies with face mask just covering their mouth and not the nose. Then another guy came in and it also took them few minutes before they asked if he needed help. I was in disbelief that there were around ten employees inside working and that they were acting so childish at a work place. I only saw one guy who was not playing around but was not wearing his mask either- in the very back working. I ordered my food that was supposed to come with a drink and they didn’t give it to me and with all my disbelief, I myself forgot to ask for it . Therefore I paid for a soda that I didn’t even receive. I ask for a chocolate cake and the guy that assist me couldn’t even hear me because they were so loud. In my entire life I have never experienced anything like that and it was my first time going to that location. Very bad experience!!! This all happened just...

Employees are very unprofessional. Managers need better training on how to manage other people. Managers are not supposed to reprimand employees in the open in front of customers which is something done quiet often. And when I called out managers for unprofessional behavior I was sent home and later fired for pointing out how she could have handled the situation differently. HORRIBLE work environment. DO NOT DONATE THEY FAVOR WHO GETS HELP!!! WHOLE PLACE IS A MESS FROM GENERAL MANAGER MARIA DEPINA ON DOWN. IF YOU NOT FAMILY TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS THEY WAY YOU ARE TREATED IS DISRESPECTFUL!!! YOU CANT STAND UP FOR YOURSELF RESPECT OR YOU WILL BE TERMINATED!!! WHEN ONE TURN ON YOU THEY ALL DO CAUSE THEY ARE ALL BLOOD FAMILY!!! SO TWO MANAGERS LIED CAUSE THEY ARE RELATED!!! CAUSING ME TO GET FIRED FOR THEIR...

I have to give a shout-out to the manager there ... at least I think he's the manager.

They were very short staffed on Sunday 12.26.2021. The drive-thru customers were getting served but the customers inside were not, as there was nobody manning the register. There were only 4 or 5 employees total working. Not everybody can work the register ... somebody has to cook!

We were starting to pile up inside. We got the attention of the manager and he came to the register to take our orders ... even though he was being pulled in many different directions.
