So we went to the Drive thru at this location because we had went through before and it was really quick, we only had $10.00 between us so we wanted to get a few soft tacos. The tacos are $1.99 each we ordered 2, a taco supreme is $2.79 we ordered 1. We get to the window and the cashier's face was Blank, no hello, no eye contact, she just stuck her hand out took our money, when she handed back our change 33 cents fell to the ground. My friend Julie asked for the change that fell the cashier Marie, stared at her with a blank expression, turned her head, shut the window, and just sat there. Not even a thank you, RUDE! Julie said excuse me twice with no response, so we drove away. Now we get home about 7 minutes later open the bag, and the tacos are cold, not warm, cold! The soft taco shells are hard around the edges! It's like they re-nuked them after they sat around over the 10 minute limit. And there was hardly anything to them. I really really dislike giving any establishment a negative review but the cashier was horrible, we didn't get all our change, but mostly the food we bought with our last $10 was pitiful. Read moreToday is the 2nd time I attempted to order from this location on Doordash. Unfortunately when I searched for Taco Bell on the app it doesn't allow me to choose the location I order from. For some reason the system they use for Doordash has been down for quite some time. When I placed my order ( the first attempt was 04/04/25 where I received all of my order without the meat I requested), (the 2nd attempt was 04/19/25 and I actually called the store to let them know how to make my order and I was told their tickets are all coming out saying 'No Meat') and now my final time was tonight I placed my order around 9:30pm 09/24/25 and the app eventually let me know my driver was waiting for my order. Around 10:30 I notice that driver disappeared and I was again waiting for a new dasher. Then I get a call from my new dasher telling me shes at Taco Bell but their doordash system is down and they aren't receiving any orders, including the one I placed over an hour before. Read moreI visited when the restaurant was very empty and I knew there was not going to be an issue getting my order.. I was so wrong. I came here after realizing that sonic was closed and figured the food isn't as blah as bk would be. The first thing that I noticed, this was at the drive thru, was the fact the speaker on the order board wasn't working properly so asking the guy to speak up louder was a must. This was the first mistake. I should've left at that point but I chose to stay thinking the guy taking my order must've had a really bad day.. The fact that I was saying the thank you and please while he responded with comments like "wat you want","I ain't got nun o dat here" was absolutely appalling. He put my order in wrong, when I thought the verbal toilet water of his conversation towards me was going to be that last straw. I left vowing not to come back but unfortunately this is the one closest to me.. well that'll change in a month and I'm glad that I won't have to come here to get KFC any more.
