Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Stoughton

I will list the good feedback first, the food we received was hot, fresh and tasted great.

Now for the not so good feedback, after placing a mobile order we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order a few minutes after we were told to arrive for pick up. We received our drinks at the first window then pulled to the next window. We waited there for approximately 20 minutes without anyone coming to even let us know there was going to be a longer wait. After the 20 minute wait we received a bag that at first glance appeared to be our order so we left the restaurant. When we arrived home we found that the food in the bag was not our order. We were given a mobile order of what appeared to be the next customer after us.

So all in all the food we received, even though it wasn’t ours, was fresh and hot, however the wait time with no check in to let us know it was taking longer than expected and then receiving the wrong order was...

My son went to Popeyes today 6/29/2025 @ 3:30 to get lunch for himself and his toddler. We went through the drive thru it was ridiculous, they finally placed their order and proceeded to the window and then waited a long time for someone to come to the window. They take the food home, and when my son goes to take out the fries, they are literally just laying on the bottom of the bag, nothing containing them they just poured them into the bag. There was no one else there, but my son in the drive through,Im not sure how this is acceptable in any business. Stay far away from this dump churches chicken is coming soon and they have better food anyway and at least they train...

Employees are rude. You order online and the instructions tell you to drive up to drive through to pickup your order when ready. So we do, and drive up to the drive though window. The employee and their manager begin to lecture us that we did not stop at the menu board 1st and that we were supposed to to let them know we were here. The oder was supposed to be ready at 7:20pm and as I type this no customers in store or drive through and its 7:30pm and no one has helped us or told us how much longer before our order is done.
