Anna's Pizza — Restaurant in Streator

If I could give zero stars, I would but that wasn’t an option. Have never ever had a problem with Anna’s until tonight. The owner and my brother have some sort of beef. I call and order tonight and the girl on the phone takes my number and puts me on hold. Comes back and says “we are no longer doing deliveries with this account” mind you, I haven’t ordered Anna’s ever from my number and it’s been well over a year since the last time I’ve ordered from them with an old number. When I told them I didn’t live at that address, the girl says “ok thank you, bye” So I hang up and my man calls and they deliver it with his number, no problem. Delivery driver pulls up, gets out and asks if the pizza is for Seth. I said “no, it’s for me” we personally know eachother so he gave me my food but was advised by his owner that if it was for Seth or his friends or family, they have to take the food back and can’t deliver to us. I’ve never done Anna’s wrong and still gave a decent tip because I know it’s not the drivers fault. But I will never ever give another penny to a business where the owner acts like a 14 yr old little girl and they’re linking my number to an address that’s not mine. Fraud? Your food is gross regardless but since you’re the only place open past 9, I had to just deal. I wish you the best, but you’ve lost decent...

Last night must of been inbred night at Ann's Pizza, went in with my girlfriend and as we were sitting waiting on our food for dine in we were verbally asulted by a preteen, who's what I can only assume was his entire family seated at another table, decided to jump right in. Instantly the owner n 3 goons from the back appeared and proceeded to tell use to get out, as we left these bouncer wanna bees stood in the door continuing to try n instigate me to come back and take a swing, sad that every were u go now a days business have cameras....Makes it easy for low life cowards to stroke each other's egos. Needless to say, if your looking for a place to dine steer clear of this place, because honestly, it turned into a dangerous environment in the blink of an eye and the owner and staff only tried to antaganis and escalate the situation like...

I just ordered an XL Sausage and Pepperoni with bacon on half the pizza looked good as ever grabbed a few slices and boom all the bacon raw in the cheese so I call to advise them the girl says did you eat any of it I say yeah she says it's precooked so you can eat it. It's nothing we can do since you ate some. Really let see what google can do. Cause I just called so y'all can be more aware omg ##moneywasted## they don't even care act like they gave me this bacon and I should be grateful and eat it. My pizza from here has never been like this I can't eat here no more. I shouldn't have to put it back in the oven when I just paid...
