I ordered 2 sandwiches from JACKPOTS tonight. The sandwiches were each a dollar more than listed on the online menu. I was also charged a fee for a carry out ($1) and a fee for using a credit card (4%). Since the start of Covid I have tried to use my credit card instead of cash for hygienic reasons. I noticed a lot of local businesses prefer credit cards during these unprecedented times. I feel that this fee discourages people from making the safest choice. I get takeouts frequently since last March. This is the only place I have been charged extra. The food was just ok. Yeah I lost all respect for this place it used to be a very nice place to go to. It was actually one of the very first places me and my partner hung out. Unfortunately the quality and food started to slip and the price is just went up. And then they fired their best worker! The one who actually made the food taste good I could tell when he didn't cook... I genuinely can't recommend this place anymore save your money and go somewhere else try the next Mexican restaurant down the street it's much better and way more bang...
