There's a reason I was the only customer at 530pm on a Saturday...Awful Food. Multiple missing items. Poor customer service blaming the 3rd party ordering service.
If you want the long version...I placed an online order. I accidentally clicked the wrong toppings for the left half of my pizza so I called to ask to swap it and we verified all the toppings I wanted. The girl was lovely. Said no problem. I go and pick up the pizza and apps. Get home. I'm missing an app and I'm missing a topping. The girl that helped me said they haven't had that app in a while and that it can't even be ordered on the website. I told her that's incorrect and to check her receipt bc its on mine. She said she'd call the 3rd party and have me refunded for the app. I then asked about the incorrect pizza and I get the same story....shouldnt be able to order it. 3rd parties fault. They'll refund you.
I get that things happen. But why I am annoyed is because you knew you were out of these items. They are clearly on the order. When I called we discussed my order. Yet you let me leave with an incorrect order and get all the way home to discover it myself. I should have been informed when I called that these items were unavailable and given the choice to cancel my order. Or at the very least I could have been refunded for the unavailable items and then be told when I picked up the order.
In the end I received STORE CREDIT for just the app which, after tasting the food I received, THEY CAN KEEP. Chicken tenders were a weird color and overcooked. So tough. The mozzarella sticks were cheap frozen things. Poppers were gross, no flavor whatsoever. Onion rings overcooked and cooked in the same old oil everything else was. Cheesy bread was bland. Pizza was meh, missing the toping and extra sauce I ordered. Definitely nothing I'd go back for. And while writing this...I just realized I'm missing parts of the appetizer sampler I purchased. We order the same pizza every Thursday and each time the pizza looks completely different . Last time, they even forgot to cut it , and it was supposed to be 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese but the pepperoni covered 75% of the pizza so my kids were unable to eat it. We canât order from here anymore because you never know what youâre gonna get.
I did reach out to the owner very nicely to let them know that the pizzas are so inconsistent every week we order . He really didnât seem to care at all and only asked irrelevant questions like âdid you order over the phone or online?â & âwhat items do you order besides 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese?â âŚ.. Why would that even matter ? He made absolutely no attempt to address the problem and ended the conversation with âGotchaâ .

Showed up around like 20-22 minutes and had to wait which was expected but ended up waiting an additional 20-25 minutes after original time. This was a Thursday night and it was not busy at all as the phone did not ring and no one else was waiting while we were there. While waiting the two girls working were not professional. One was wearing open toed shoes and texting while making pizzas. She would put the crust down, be on her phone for a couple minutes and then continue, stopping every few minutes to go on her phone. They did not start half of our order until I walked in there to pick up the order. The mozzarella sticks ordered were half soggy, the calzone did not come with sauce (as it says it does online), salad had minimal lettuce, and pizza was just over all meh and burnt.
