I ordered online for delivery. Beware of this. There was a glitch that rejected the order, and said to try again. This happened 4 times before I gave up. Tried calling the restaurant several times, and there was no answer. A half hour later, I got a notice that the restaurant received the orders ( all 4!) and they were being prepared. I finally got through to the restaurant on the phone. I explained the situation and that I really didnāt order 4 times, minutes apart, and that I had given up. The manager was very rude and basically said ātoo bad, you ordered it, and itās not the restaurantās problem, itās yoursā! All of the food arrived, ice cold, Finally the owner agreed to refund 3 of the orders for store credit. Very bad experience for a simple dinner for my grand daughter and I. A $21.00 dinner ended up costing $84.00. I do appreciate the owner providing the restaurant credit. Also, the delivery driver was very nice, and understood the situation. He told me that the girl was told to refund me, but she ignored him. The girl said she was the manager, but Iām not sure thatās true. Iāve heard good things about Marcos, and my wifeās office orders from this store. This āmanagerā needs education in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHeard that the pizza here is great but never found out. Ordered through the Uber Eats app (who get zero stars) and the "latest" delivery time kept getting pushed to the point where it was 2 going 3 hours late. So I call the store and the person literally says it's been "slow and they've watched the order just sit there"...again for hours. I ask nicely if it is possible for them to deliver it (house full of hungry kids on this side) and that I'll tip the driver well (tip generously, especially if someone helps). Nope, the driver doesn't want to go that far and the manager Hallie politely takes a "sorry" position. Is this place obligated to go three miles outside of their delivery range on a self-described slow night? No...but the mark of a quality business is how they deal with customer problems. Uber Eats is their chosen partner. Uber Eats utterly failed. Marco's had no interest in stepping up to make things right...just a polite "sorry". Lots of pizza places, lots of delivery services. Give your business to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExcellent pizza - great customer service. I have used carry-out as well as delivery. The staff are always friendly and professional. They show you the pizza before you leave which is smart but also shows they want to make it right.,each time, every time. Speaking of which, the other night I intended to use delivery but I think I selected carry-out by mistake on the Marcos APP (great app by the way, very easy and has a great tracker to let you know at what stage your pizza is). I called the store and they sent a driver to my home in less than 5 min. I asked where was the delivery charge and the driver said "its ok, don't worry about it", so not only does Marcos Pizza in Palm City make sure they get your order right they make up for your mistakes as well :) much appreciated which is why I am a loyal Marcos Palm City customer and will be back again and again. Thanks Marcos...
