Love, hate relationship.....I love the cupcakes. OMG , no lie, the best cupcakes you will ever eat. I had the pleasure of learning about this tempting place while in Sturbridge for the day. Of course, I had to buy every one to bring home to my daughter and family. (This is how I justified buying fourteen cupcakes) They all looked so yummy and I couldn't decide, so I went to cupcake town. Don't judge , we all have our weaknesses. Mine just happens to be unbelievably delicious cupcakes that not only look amazing but taste like heaven. I did end up sharing, albeit begrudgingly and I will tell you my sister and niece who are foodies and cupcake snobs (yes, there is such a thing) were blown away by these cupcakes. Trust me, they are not easily impressed. My advice to all the sweet tooths out there... Only buy one because it's impossible to resist these decadent treats. I found this out after eating, four, yes four, in two days. Needless to say , I will be adding an extra half hour to my daily run. This is why my hips hate them. I cannot say enough about this wonderful establishment . They have quality cupcakes, variety, (vegan, gluten free and even keto) (have you tried the sour patch watermelon, wow just wow) and wonderful employees. I thank God I don't live in Sturbridge because I would gain fifty pounds just looking at their cupcakes. If you have self control when it comes to scrumptious cupcakes then try this place out, I promise you it will make your sweet tooth very happy not your thighs but it definitely hits...
Read moreSaw this shoppe on Phantom Gourmet. I am originally from Sturbridge area so I was excited to try the cupcakes. I placed an order on Wednesday online for the Mother's Day cupcake bouquet along with 4 other cupcakes a canoopie, and the Mother's Day vanilla bean whoopie. The total was nearly $60. I also drove an hour to come get them. The first part of our negative experience started when we arrived to find there was line going through the building out the side into the parking lot. The website offered curb side pickup. There was a sign that said call when you arrive but no one was answering the phone. I understand they were busy but they should not offer something they cannot provide. Then came the taste test... I was excited to give them a whirl but was left sorely disappointed. The whoopie cake was almost biscuit like while the filling was not sweet at all. It tasted like straight butter or lard with a bit of confectioners sugar. The cupcake frosting was the same. The actual texture of the cupcake was slightly better but still ruined by the terrible frosting. Unfortunately, I will be buying a grocery store cake today for my mother as I will not give her these awful cupcakes. What a waste of $60....

This place is darling! It caught my eye because of the Pride flag proudly displayed outside. Thanks for that. You walk in and are greeted by a ton of options of sweet treats and friendly staff. We were served by Katelyn who was attentive and knowledgeable of all the desserts. This was important because I have a gluten allergy.
I was so pleased to discover a GF, KETO option. This is hard to find in terms of baked goods not in a freezer section. I was informed that the typically carry 2-3 items on rotation so there’s usually something new on the menu if you visit often. They also have diabetic friendly and vegan items.
They have a few places for seating inside and plenty of parking. The prices are appropriate for what you’re getting, especially given the specific ingredients required for specialty baked goods.
People of all ages would enjoy this shop. Stop in next time you’re...
