Tried this place on the way to Sturgeon Bay, great location! It definitely lives up to all the hype! My dad had the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito and I had the Spicy Birría (Brisket) Breakfast Burrito. Both were delicious! Chorizo wasn’t spicy, but very flavorful. The spicy birria wasn’t super hot but just the right amount of spice! Both were juicy and tender and the Lime Crema is a great enhancement to the already excellent food! So good in fact, that after eating our breakfast burritos, we ordered pulled pork Tacos for lunch! Swanky Taco is hands down one of the best food trucks around! The food is absolutely delicious; you can taste the freshness in every bite. The homemade lime crema is a standout, perfectly tangy and creamy, and takes their tacos, burritos, and quesadillas to the next level.
