Target — Local services in Sturgeon Bay

I admit that I have never been a Target shopper. I'm not certain why, but it has never been on my radar. I was shopping for a new lap top and stopped in simply because the store was close by. The gentleman in the electronics department was amazing! He was professional, knew his stuff, and was personable in the extreme. I generally like using the drive-up feature for convenience, but this week I have placed two separate drive-up orders and they both have had issues. The first I noticed I was given damaged product that I had to go back in the store to return (was given opened and shoe mark scuffed up paper towel) and wander the store to find the replacement for it, the second order I was given somebody else’s order so had to return to the store to get my correct order. I understand that your store is short staffed but a few extra seconds double checking things would save hassle on the customers...

Emily helped me set my Target Circle card in my own name after my husband died. I'm not very techy and she was so very helpful. Several months later, she was doing cashier duty (seems she helps everywhere!), and we remembered each other. I had forgotten to get an item in the food section and she offered to run back and get it for me. Wow! I was still unloading my basket when she got back with two sizes of the product I had asked for. How nice is that? I love our Sturgeon Bay Target! They have the nicest people working...
