Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sudbury

We’ve been ordering from this location for a long time. Everything was good… up until last few month. It seems that this branch goes down the hill. Looks like they have “geniuses” working there. Here are few examples: Last few times we ordered bbq chicken wings they came in different flavor. First time I did not say anything. Then it happens second time. I call the store, they gave me credit. Thank you. In general, how difficult to distinguish between bbq sauce and something else? It’s the darkest sauce. I understand one time a mistake, but two times in a row? The third time when I ordered and called them up to use my credit, the driver simply forgot it. As I was told, he did not realize it was part of the order.

This situation pushed me over the edge. We’ve ordered about 4 pizzas and two “breads”. So imagine the height if you put everything one on top another. They have contactless delivery (excellent). So, the driver delivered our order and put it all, very carefully stacked, in front of our storm door that opens outside. We have double doors, so there is plenty of space… We had really hard time opening the door… Imagine… While I struggled to squeeze in a very narrow opening and get our order, the driver was sitting in the car watching. Must’ve been an amazing show. When we opened pizza boxes, few pizzas was smashed a little bit, one pizza was smashed big time. So, I called the store and asked for a manager. I expressed concern about pizza, he offered refund. Thank you. I told him about order placing and asked him to talk to his driver… And here came unbelievable conversation Me: Your driver left our order in front of the opening door. We had really hard time opening it and getting our order. In a mean time the driver was sitting there watching. Manager: We have contactless delivery because of COVID, did you anticipate the driver’s help? Do you want COVID? Me in disbelieve: He could’ve left it on the other side of the porch. Manager: Next time we will leave it on the driveway. This is the short version of the conversation.. And that’s manager. I was not trying to get any money out of them... I just wanted simple acknowledgement and sorry for the inconvenience. I still can’t understand the stupidity and ignorance. And what does this question “Do you want COVID”? Do they have employees there working with COVID symptoms? The driver probably dropped the order and set it this way so we could be blamed for smashing pizza… That was my last time ordering...

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s location for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed by the quality of their food and customer service. The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and made just the way I like them. Whether it’s a classic Pepperoni or a custom order, the crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are generous, and the cheese has that perfect melt.

The online ordering process is straightforward, and I appreciate the real-time tracking feature—it’s so convenient to know when my order is being prepared, baked, and on its way. Delivery is always on time (or earlier!), and the drivers are polite and professional.

The team clearly takes pride in their work. On the rare occasion something is slightly off, they are quick to fix it without hassle. Their customer service is excellent, and it’s evident they value their customers.

Special shoutout to the specialty items like the Parmesan Bread Bites and the Chicken Alfredo Pasta—they’re a must-try if you haven’t already!
