This Sudbury franchise or company store is in need of some immediate attention by my standards. After placing our order, we entered the dining area. And noticed an unpleasant odor that I could not determine what or where it was coming from. While waiting for our meal. I noticed the ceiling in the dining room appeared to be a brownish yellow color. Looking to be like years of accumulated cigarette smoke. The A/C was also on, and the area was cool. As I sat there, I wondered was the odor coming from the A/C unit!. Also there was an annoying screeching sound coming from somewhere near the dining area. Which after a few minutes we ask the counter waiter to please change our meal to a takeout order. As we were not about to eat our meal in such poor conditions. My reason for stopping was. My craving for their pepperoni pizza which the best for me. But it has been a very long time since I have had it. I do not know if Papa Ginos has changed their recipe over the years. But my pizza had a bit of spice added to it which I do not recall from years ago. On my next visit to my see our friends back home. I will stop at our towns Papa Ginos and order their pizza. And hopefully it will be the #1 best pepperoni pizza again for me. Sudbury store site. I hope you make the needed corrections to please your staff...
Read morePapa Gino’s is the best frickin’ restaurant in the entire universe every other restaurant I’ve eaten at is infinitely inferior. Not only is this the best food chain, this is the best Papa Gino’s. They make Gordon Ramsay’s food look revolting, and I don’t just mean like the nasty patty off of SpongeBob revolting. I mean four hundred pounds in a crop top at a mosh pit on a hot summer day. Not only this, the work ethic of two employees, a certain Tim and Alyssa, are impeccably diligent, and are far more deserving and industrious than figures such as Jeff Bezos or The Little Engine That Could. I eat Papa Gino’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I am dead serious. My breath smells like cheap pizza. This is not a joke. Every thanksgiving I serve my family pizza from this Papa Gino’s. It is the reason my wife and I are getting a divorce. She’s taking everything. My money, the house, the kids. But I don’t care. I’m in a relationship with the Papa...
Read moreI came in on a rainy afternoon and was greeted warmly by the staff right away. I was helped by the cashier when ordering, and they offered to make my meal into a combo and also got me a drink. Great value and awesome to see someone thinking about the customer. The food was brought to my table to my surprise and the same team member who rang me up was there to bring everything over and even came back to make sure everything was great. My 6 year old and I had a great meal and it's great to see an employee looking out for the guess and making sure that the guess experience is awesome. When I was leaving I asked for his name. People dont tend to appreciate and be vocal of the appreciation, I wanted to highlight Matt for taking care of us today. Papa Gino's was a staple of my childhood, blessed to share it with the next generation and to see someone like Matt making sure it's amazing...
