I rarely visit this Arby's because I have had bad experiences every time I have been there to have a meal. So, I have been there 2 times in the last 6 months. The first time i went, my meal was a disaster. I ordered a large, the biggest, Roast Beef sandwich i could find on the menu. I asked for Potatoe cakes, mush to my dismay, they stopped selling them. So, I ordered the replacement, Crinkle Fries. I finished my order off with a Jamocka Shake, this is a very difficult item to mess up. My spouse ordered a small roast beef sandwich on the multigrain bread. we waited for 27 minutes for our order to be ready, which I don't mind if the order is right, things happen and slow things down some time. On my way to the table i grabbed a comment card and pencil. We began taking our order out of the bag. the first thing I noticed was the "CRINKLE FRIES" were cold, then the Bread was soggy, and the meat was cold. We were late for an event and did not have time to get everything fixed, especially since the first trip took 27 minute to get to us the wrong way goodness only knows how long it would take to do it right. We ate what we could and i filled out the comment card with my name, phone number and email address. I received a call from a manager, and she told me to just come in and she would give me 2 free meals. It was 4 months later when I went back in and as I expected the employees knew nothing about me. Well 4 months is a long time so, I will say my bad. So, I ordered again. I was adamant and asked for fresh fries. going through the drive through was me trying to get somewhere quickly, again, my bad. the fries were of course cold and the order was completely wrong. I ordered the large roast beef again and got some chicken sandwich. The thing i noticed most about my visits to this Arby's is there are only 2 employees working while the other employees were sitting or standing in the manager's office laughing and carrying on without a care in the world. I don't normally go during the busiest times so I would think it would be better, but I guess not. I think that if a company want to get people back in their places, they should send gift certificate to the individuals and beg them to return for another try then, make it right. I like reading these comments which my be why mine is so long. Think twice after a bad experience at this place as to whether or not you t to return. One final thought, the counter employees were rude and sharp, likely because they were having to work hard while others...
Read moreOrdered at drive thru. One order. Was told to pull up. Waited 15 minutes. Walked inside and asked to be refunded. The help started arguing with each other. I just said please give me my money back. Then they started yelling at me. One would just not stop. I finally told her to shut up. The manager came put of the office. She did not say one word to me. She went to the cash register at the drive thru and she was on the phone with somebody. I don't think she knew how to do a refund. I waited 3 or 4 more minutes. I asked again for my money back. The one I had told to shut up started yelling at me again and would not stop. Then another worker came up to me and said 'I know why you are doing this' and started to put at her forearm. The other worker was still yelling at me because I would not pay any attention to her. Finally after about 15 minutes and about 8 minutes inside I finally was refunded. No apologies, no nothing . When the worker brought the money she just laid it on the counter. The manager never came over and said anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have been to this Arby's hundreds of times and I have never experienced anything like this. Whoever has this franchise needs to have it revoked by the franchiser. Never again will I ever do business at this location. If I could rate it minus 5, that is what it deserves. If I were you, I would think twice before doing business with this venue. An...
Read moreStaff is rude and doesn't want to speak to you. Every surface is disgusting. Flet like the floor was mopped with syrup. Waited 10-15min for my food, I was the only person in the restaurant. Employee standing in the back playing on her cell phone the majority of the time. Then we finally get our food and it's cold and soggy. Classic roast beef sandwich cost more than it ever had and 1/4 the meat as normal. Was literally a flat sandwich with maybe 3 tiny slices of meat. Tenders were gross like the grease was old. Fries were cold and soggy. Absolutely nothing good to say will never go back to this location.
Also intresting that the sanatation rating was missing from the wall. You could clearly see where it belonged on an empty screw between two other framed peices of information but it was no where to be seen. Spent several minutes looking around for it. The new Arby's down town is much better. Hopefully they will put this $.... hole out of business. I ususly like Arby's but the whole family just felt gross after the food we got here. Absolute waste of $35, threw...
