I normally do not write reviews on fast food joints unless its amazing or completely horrible. This is by far the worst wendys i have ever been to. I have dined in, take out, and drive through. I have only had 1 sandwich here that tasted like the one on a prior visit. Jbcb. The reason I decided to write this one today is about bacon. I often request bacon be added to my burgers if they do not already come with it. Besides waiting on this particular sandwich for almost 20 minutes, they did not put the bacon on it. But hey mistakes happen, right? So I go back up and request my bacon be added. The kid told me "bacon don't come with that, nice try though". I just smirked and handed him my receipt to show him I added it and paid for it. He looked at me and then looked at the cash Register attendant and asked if that was real. She said yes. He said I'll be back. After 5 min of him ignoring me and working his line, I asked for the manager which promptly corrected the situation. Pretty sure I'll go to the hardees across the street from now on. Not as good, but way better service. Well sat 8/27/22 I found out that this crew wasn't the most energetic and didn't win the employee of the month or let's say didn't even deserve minimum wage for being there. The line for drive through was 8 cars deep. We had a trailer so had to go in. Wow!! No one in line. Bonus as we thought. Ordered 2 simple combos. Never got thanked, eye contact minimal. I watched as the cars went by one by one. After the ninth car I asked about our order and they said waiting on biscuits. Well I said the 9 cars that went by got theirs obviously. Finally got the order. Asked for ketchup. The manager passed us on to the happy counter girl who rolled her eyes and didn't even look at us when she held out her hand to give them to us. Not sure how she knew when to drop the packs. Very talented. Needs to go into that field because customer relations is not it. Or she just didn't like anyone outside of her kind. Unsatisfied won't be back. Well maybe a month from now after she quits it gets fired. Time will tell. You can't give a zero. Shame because they...
Read moreJust stopped by this Wendys on a road trip visiting home and got eight nuggets kids meals and they didn't give us our sauce at all. It took 40min to get the food, employees were standing around laughing and giggling with a backed up drive thru of four cars and multiple customers standing in the lobby line. When they didn't give us our sauce and we had to go back in to ask for it, they tried to charge us for it!!! As opposed to what?! Putting it in our bag the way they're supposed to for FREE?! No way....multiple customers had to back my husband up and tell them we shouldn't have to pay and to just give us the sauce.
