Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sugar Grove Township

there is hardly any food options in sugar grove so inget stuck with jimmy johns often. and they ALWAYS mess up my sandwich. it isnt complicated either! but they always either put mayo on (my only specification- no mayo) or they dont put something on that they were supposed to. and when theyre out of capicola they dont tell you they just put extra of the other meat and still let you pay for a multi-meat priced sandwich. also today my bf got a turkey sandwich and there was seriously almost no meat on it, and the meat that was was like the clumped up edges of the turkey. i asked him if they were rude bc this is ridiculous! just look at that sandwich i posted pictures of. anyways, this location is unable to do their very easy jobs so i thought id share to prevent other people from wasting money. and if the owner or manager is reading this- do...

I get Jimmy John’s about once a week but this was only my second time at this location. I got home with my sandwich and the bread was so hard that I could knock on it so loud my dogs literally thought that someone was at the front door. I didn’t have the energy to go back, but given I paid $12 for a sandwhich and some chips it was disappointing that I couldn’t eat it. This bread was very clearly several days old… I’ve never had an experience like this before at any other JJ’s locations. I will say the gentleman in the drive through window was so nice, which is why I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1. Be sure to watch them make your food. I have an allergy to fish and I watched them make a few tuna subs and then my food, without switching gloves. And when I brought it up, I was met with attitude telling me I should've mentioned it. Why? I used to work for a sandwich shop, you change your gloves when there's stuff on them, whether it's just mayo or mustard, or tuna salad. Not everyone likes tuna.
