Stopped for two ice coffees running two a soccer game. The coffee was horrible but had no time to turn around. Once the game was over we returned in hopes of having our drinks refreshed.
When returning the full cups of ice coffee we explained the situation to a gentleman who was ready to help us. Unfortunately the manager Zoe walked up without greeting us and asked what the problem was. We shared that the young man was assisting us, but rudely she asked for a receipt. We weren’t giving a receipt but had the order in our app she said she needed to see the the receipt. We showed her the app with the receipt and she began to explain their previous individuals visiting tried “this and that.” What Zoe the manager didn’t realize is what previous customers do or have done is no concern of ours.
Once we presented her with the receipt she never apologized or said thank you.
If this is the manager, she needs to go back to compliance training for bias training, effective communication training and customer service training.

Read moreI get it. McDonalds is McDonalds. You could very well expect the food to be as similar from one to another. But this one stands out as the worst service I've ever experienced. I am assuming the place is managed by an underqualified younger staff that works harder at being their employees friends than a boss. This is reflected by the careless nature of the employees and their undeserving sense of entitlement presented every time they hand you your purchase and no words are exchanged or even a few times look at you. These morons want $15 an hour? The machines literally do half the work older generation McDonald employees did. I know, I did my time. And as much as I didn't like working there, I still was respectful and professional to people patronizing the restaurant. These employees here could give a s* you're even there. They need to clean house at this location and start again. Nothing would really be different. I ordered 1 sausage Egg and Cheese mcGriddle and 1 Steak Egg and Cheese Begal at the drive through at a time of day that was slow. I was the only customer at this location at the moment. After receiving my order, I turned down 88 and headed to work. My sausage egg and cheese McGriddle had No Sausage at all. Which is confusing because I don't think McDonald's has something like that on the menu. Then my Steak egg and cheese bagel was a bacon egg and cheese bagel instead. This is just pure neglection at its finest. I understand that mistakes happen and it doesn't always have to be busy for that to accor. But this has been an ongoing thing that I have been experiencing only at this location.
I can't accept this every time I come to this location because it's the only one in the area. The same incident occurred a couple weeks prior. I'm just tired and done what the lac of execution at this location in particular. I'm not sure if I ever have received an order that was accurate at...
