Paisano's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Sugar Grove Township

We used to order from Paisano's all the time a few years ago. But then their quality of food went down but their prices went up. Yesterday it was my son's birthday and he asked to get Paisano's for his birthday dinner. We also ordered a pie as he requested. The order was placed online and was actually delivered 10 minutes ahead of the estimate. That's where the good ended. We ordered 4 pizzas and a pie. The pizzas arrived but no pie. I called right away and the person who answered not find my order (despite me telling her that it was just delivered 5 minutes ago) she proceeded to tell me she had to speak to the manager. After waiting a few minutes for a reply, she finally came back, apologized and said they we have a pie delivered immediately. 30 minutes went by (we live 10 minutes away) and we finished our pizzas (except for me as mine was overcooked, dry and the sausage tasted horrible). No pie delivered so I called again. I was told that they had not even left the store! Not happy with this poor service. The pizza quality has dropped so badly from what they used to provide. The quality of customer service is poor. We tried again but should have stayed with our previous decision of not using Paisano's. We will not make the mistake again. We're going back to Rosati's Pizza in Sugar Grove - much better food, better prices and way better...

WOW! That was the most wet soggy pizza I can remember ever being delivered to my house. Every piece was dripping wet and the "crust" was soggy turning to mushy. Its like someone poured water on the cardboard then put the pizza on top and boxed it. I like crispy crust and obviously this place has never heard of pizza having crisp crust. Also ordered cream cheese poppers which were not even close to being cooked. They were very lite in color and had no crunch or crispness whatsoever. My food totalled $25.50 ish so I gave the driver $30. I ate about $3.00 in toppings off this wet soggy mess and none of the poppers then threw it all away. So frustrated. Apparently making edible pizza is one of the hardest things in the world to do. If you want pizza dont call this place. If you want fully cooked appetizers dont call this place. If you want to throw away $30 order what I ordered. Small thin sausage pepperoni black olive pizza and jalapeno poppers. Oh and I told the guy that took my order how Ive had a hard time finding a decent pizza place and they deliver me a soggy mess. Way to impress a potential new long time customer. I stead...

How long does it take to cook potato skins?

We placed our order at 6:09, I pulled up at 6:35, as I watched them put one of my 2 pizzas on the shelf, perfect timing? Nope. I walked in to pay and grab some 2 liters only to learn that they were waiting for the potato skins to finish.

No problem, since I had to go next door for the 2 liters (a takeout pizza place without 2 liters??). I got back at 6:42. My pizza was still sitting on the shelf getting cold (it was a BLT, eww, so I guess they didn't want to heat up the lettuce). I was told that 'the kitchen was busy' - still no potato skins. Yet, it was quick enough to get my pizzas out??

So, how long does it take to cook potato skins? Apparently 20 mins longer than it takes to make 2 pizzas.
