If I can give 0 stars I would. I just moved to the area and this is the closest shiplyes I have. Is the second time I come because the first time I had a bad experience. Decided to give them a second chance and same thing happened. The glazed doughnuts are barely covered with any glaze and are COLD! They are hard and cold as if they weren’t fresh. The kolachis have no cheese and are dry. Which honestly I can deal with that. But the SERVICE is horrible. Young rude people both of the times I’ve been here. I asked the young man on the drive through window if they could warm up my doughnuts since they were ROCK HARD and was denied that. Was told if I wanted to warm them up to come inside to the lobby. (Mind you had a sleeping toddler in the back) honestly I rather drive a little further out of my way to a better shiplyes. This is the worst shiplyes...

When you order for online pickup it usually means you wanna get your food fast and get out of there fast but that’s not the case here, this is the second time I order online and pull into the drive thru and they tell me I have to park and come inside to pickup my online order, I told them I had my small children in the car if it was possible to get it through drive thru and they said no I still had to come inside. I parked went inside (no one was there just the employees) and they gave me my order and I asked why I had to come inside and they told me every time I order online I have to come inside. That makes no sense??? Then I get home and the kolaches are all hard and burnt. Definitely not coming back, id rather go to the other one on Bissonnet that’s farther away than come back here to be...

Heavier set girl with fake lashes took my order at the window. I'm describing her since she hesitated to tell me her name. I started my order as I've always done and there's never been an issue. I order kolaches separately to avoid confusion, she rudely asks several times during me ordering "how many in total?" I answered her without a problem. She then reads the order back wrong, of course. There's a lot more of her attitude at the window, one being, giving me my credit card together with 2 bags of kolaches purposely closer to her by the window instead extending her arm to me and/or handing me my credit card by itself how it's usually done.
