I made an appointment on Wednesday the 5th of May for the following Thursday which was the 13th for 6pm. The starting price was $130 and we agreed on that price. I arrived to the appointment on the dot at 6pm. She had already had someone in the chair when I got there, and she had just barely started the persons hair. I later found out that the person in the chair was a walk in and they didn’t have an appointment. So I waited for over three hours to get my hair done, so that she could finish someone else’s hair who didn’t have an appointment. She didn’t even start on my hair until about 9:15 pm, AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME WAS SCHEDULED FOR 6PM. MY HAIR WASN’T FINISHED UNTIL ABOUT 1:15 IN THE MORNING. I told her before we started if $70 was okay for her since I waited double the time it takes to do my hair then I should only have to pay half the price. She told me that she doesn’t like to stay late as if it was my fault and told me if I didn’t pay her the $100 that I would have to sit down and she’s would take it out. Even after she deliberately made me wait for over three hours even though I had an appointment. She blamed me and said that I could’ve left at any point while I was waiting and we would’ve just rescheduled. DOES THAT SOUND LOGICALLY CORRECT TO YOU?! AT ALL?!
