Chicken 5\10 Baked beans 4\10 (I tried to eat it but couldn't. I haven't thrown food away in a long time. Today, I threw too containers of food in the trash. Food came quickly (7 mins). I liked the BBQ sauce. Quick, friendly service Unfortunately, I didn't like any of the food. I was hoping it was better because I haven't had halal American bbq in a very long time. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Decided to try this food truck because they had ox tail. Had a pound each of their oxtail, brisket and short ribs -the oxtail was great, delicious and soft -the short ribs still had the silver skin on it, that's something even I take care of when I grill. Apart from that texture was soft and juicy but taste wise it was a bit bland -the brisket was just extremely dry and not even sliced/chopped, it was just a hunk of beef in the tray. Very little flavor -I also ordered some of their sides, Mac and cheese and potato salad were good but I never received the banana pudding I paid for. Overall low score is for missing items and poor quality of the food apart from the oxtail

Smitty and my self will be come good friends. Had Smitty Special ( 1 sausage link, brisket, chicken wing, beef ribs) with 1 extra beef rib, side of potato salad, side of bbq beans. Cons: He was out of Mac n cheese The potato salad and bbq beans portions could use an upgrade. We are in Texas after all. Pros: Sausage had great flavor. The spice is perfect. (Not jalapeño Sausage.) Brisket was my favorite. Moist and smokey. Chicken wing was a bit dry, but good smoke flavor. Beef ribs. Fell off the bone. Potato salad was potato salad BBQ beans. good. These were different. Not quite ranch beans and not baked beans. I'm thinking Middle Eastern spice(s).

Cons: He was out of Mac n cheese The potato salad and bbq beans portions could use an upgrade. We are in Texas after all. Pros: Sausage had great flavor. The spice is perfect. (Not jalapeño Sausage.) Brisket was my favorite. Moist and smokey. Chicken wing was a bit dry, but good smoke flavor. Beef ribs. Fell off the bone. Potato salad was potato salad BBQ beans. good. These were different.
