I visited this Popeyes location for dinner and had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. After pulling up, it took quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. When the employee finally did, I placed my order for two 5-piece tender meals. There was complete silence for about three minutes—despite me patiently waiting—before the same employee came back on the mic and asked, “What would you like again?” I reminded her I had already placed my order, and her response was unnecessarily rude: “I’m saying now, how can I help you?”
When I pointed out her attitude, another, more polite voice took over and asked for my order again, which I repeated. I proceeded to the window, paid, and received my drinks, only to be told I needed to pull to the side because the tenders weren’t ready. This information should have been shared before payment to give me the option to decide if I wanted to wait.
Unfortunately, the same employee with the initial attitude returned and continued to be unpleasant. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted the food and requested a refund due to the poor customer service and lack of courtesy. I received my money back and ended up driving seven minutes out of the way to a different location.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at...
Read moreThe service was awesome. My cashier did a great job on my order. Service is only part of the experience if it was the only interaction ( 5 Stars ), but unfortunately, it was not.
My primary issues were a safety concern.
My only grip was a wall mounted T.V. that has only one screw holding it up with the illusion of 2 screws. This TV weighs about 30lbs with the hardware attached. Now, when I pointed this news out to the shift manager she got very hostile and stated "we know about it, it's hasn't fell yet" then she waited until I filled my drink at the soda fountain then began to talk about me with another employee like I'm not in hearing distant.
Seeing how I've been on construction sites from breaking ground to openings, i think if someone was talking to me about avoiding potential lawsuits I would listen, There are too many people back there for her not to take this seriously. A 15lb weight fall from 3 feet above someone head is enough to hurt or even kill a person. This shows me caring is not her pority.
Unless the problems get solved, they are going to have a serious injury or worse. You may notice I said problem(s) shift manager attitude is the second issue. I really hope this rectify before someone gets hurt.
This happens on a...
