Pourman's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Sullivan

My brother recommended we try Pourman’s for their pizza. So we went on 3/14/24 for dinner. We walked into the front door and were told by the friendly bartender/ waitress we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose the booths towards the back of the building. The booths are roomy and comfortable. The walls are decorated with old truck tailgates and liquor bottles. There are also high top tables and chairs in the dining area. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks back quickly. We ordered the hand breaded mushrooms and cheesy garlic bread as appetizers and a 14” BYO pizza with sausage mushrooms pepperoni and green olives. Our appetizers came out first and were delicious and piping hot! The pizza came out a short time later and we were all impressed with the quality and taste of each topping on the pizza. First time visiting as I was in town for a friend! For someone who drove 52 minutes to drive to this place because I missed exit 275 (LOL) I will say it was well worth it!! Pizza was amazing!! They accommodated a half & half request and made it worth the wait! The crust is amazingggg! Not too thin, yet crispy and worth the drive itself!! My son enjoyed playing pool and some locals were friendly with teaching him tricks and techniques! The staff was friendly! Drinks were great! As an African American woman I felt very comfortable in the environment. And while this may not seem like it matters it truly does matter when you're a minority! Safe to say, I told my friend I'll be visiting more often and this has to be the stop! Can't wait to try more things...

I've recently moved to the area and I'm so glad to find this lil gem of a place. So far everytime the food has been absolutely amazing. Some of the best burgers around! No joke best burger I've had in a long tome and my GF says best she's ever had. The fish fry is pretty darn good to, the brandy sweet old fashioneds have always been great and the pizza isn't half bad either oh but make sure you get mozzarella stick too!! Those are phenomenal!!
