It happened from the time I walked in and left out. First off, the manager had music playing that was very inappropriate! I had to order my food to go, instead of dining in with my 5 year old. Customers shouldn't have to walk in and hear music playing lyrics referring to oral sex. It's December, play some Christmas music! The cashier was nice and she did her job. I asked her what was up with The music and she just shook her head as if she was embarrassed to say anything. I told her I'm reporting the manager. She said I could talk to the manager directly. I said I rather not, he doesn't look like he would care about my complaint. So as I ordered my food, I got change but no receipt. When I asked why there was no receipt the cashier said the receipt machine was broken. Strange because I saw other customers inside the restaurant with receipts! When my food was brought to me, my daughters side order was missing. I asked the worker why she didn't have her side order and she said because they're all out. That's not my problem! I asked if she could replace it with a different side order and with hesitation, she told me no. By that time I was ready to ask for my money back. But because my daughter was hungry, I told the cashier in not leaving until I get a side order for my daughter. She gave my daughter her side order and we left. I won't be going back to this...
Read moreThe chicken tasted like the grease was old. I got two sides of macaroni and cheese one looked fresh the other one looked DAYS OLD. The inside of the restaurant smelled horrible, the floor was sticky the kitchen had trash on the floor and standing water which is unsanitary because it draws bugs. When I ordered my food I was in the drive thru, I was told I had to reverse my car so I would not be sitting in front of the window after my payment was processed. That is what prompted me to go inside because I wanted to see what was going on. AND TO MY DISAPPOINT THE ESTABLISHMENT IS POORLY KEPT, SMELLS HORRIBLE, AND had several health code violations i.e making food with no gloves.THE KICKER WAS they have signs posted saying they "NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS, THEY WILL REMAKE YOUR ORDER WITH A SMILE" Problem is I would not wanna eat anything out of this restaurant if it was done with a smile or a frown. Read moreI have put in a few online pickup orders at this location and have been highly disappointed. When you first order you are given a specific time that your order will be ready for pickup at the restaurant. When you get there They literally have a sign with an arrow that says “pick up” pointing to the front door but they keep it locked as they only do drive through only at this location. So after standing at the door for awhile someone finally signals you to go around by the drive through side of the restaurant and wait in your car until they figure out what’s going on. The last two times I got tired of waiting 10 minutes past my pick up time and had to stop cars walking up to the drive through window to inquire about my food that seemed to be ready but no one ever brings it out.
