-Asked for a seat at the bar, got a seat on the grill -ordered nigiri, they brought sashimi -menu says plate comes with rice, no rice ordered kirin beer (japanese), I got sapporo beer (canadian) (Of course, I got every time: " I tought you said..." and the mistake was always leading to something more expensive. low sodium and regular soy are exactly the same cheap soy sauce in kikkoman containers.
Ok, those are facts. These are opinions: -fish spent ages frozen. Ages. Taste like fat and water only. Maybe tuna had some taste. Like something that used to taste like fish. -worst wasabi ever. They prepared it... 3 maybe 5 days ago. Or just opened and poured, but they obviously kept it for days, since youbare not supposed to. -edamame was cold. Just as the table cold. tried to fix any mistake with tons of oil. Burnt-100-times oil. miso soup... no comments. poepole "tried" to be nicer after 3 or 4 mistakes. and seasoned vegetables means onions. Tons of fried onions music, thabk god is good. Calm.

Read moreThis is our 2nd visit. Our first was nine weeks ago. We came to celebrate my birthday from California and I wanted teppyanyaki for dinner. After reading great reviews we made our reservation and had a spectacular show and a delectable meal. We came back to vegas to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary not just for the enjoyment of vegas but also to have a great dinner. As a matter of fact when my husband asked where I wanted to go for dinner I said I wanted to go for teppyanyaki at Hokkaido's. So we booked a room at our usual hotel MGM. Yes, MGM another story and it was an incredible place to stay. Now back to Hokkaido. My husband and had the sole and had the filet mignon med rare both cooked to perfection and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant as well...
Read moreBest Teppanyaki restaurant in Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and an entertaining dining experience. I recently went and had the most incredible dinner.
I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp with fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The seafood was cooked perfectly, and the fried rice was a great complement. The service was also top-notch. Our chef was skillful and engaging, and our server was always on top of their game. They were constantly making sure our drinks were topped off and that our plates were cleared as soon as the next course was ready. Their attentiveness made the entire dinner feel seamless and special.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hokkaido Teppanyaki Steak House. The combination of incredible food and impeccable service makes this a five-star dining experience. I highly...
