I love the food I specially love the sandwiches , but my issue is with the portions of the meat for the sandwiches. My first sandwich I order was a pastrami’s it was great the 2 nd time I order a pastrami’s but it had no meat . 3 rd time I switch to steak it was a small one it was great , 4 the time I order a steak I notice the portion of meat went way down again . I order this week a steak sandwich I switch to foot long and the prices are great I will say too cheap but when I order a sandwich I’m expecting to have meat more than bread last times I’m eating bread and tasting meat . I understand that the meat might make up for the price but I would prefer to pay 15 or 16 dollars for a sandwich that has meat . So maybe you can add that to the menu as an option . I had to wait 40 min for my steak sandwich and I was so sad that I was eating more bread than meat , and that the only reason I’m posting this review . Other than that rice a chicken portions are good but you need to decide how much meat a sandwich will get and that the portions...
Read moreWas excited to try this place after seeing it on TikTok but unfortunately it fell short of expectations. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Ordered ahead as suggested and glad that we did because it was busy.
Ordered a chopped cheese, fries, chicken gyro, and the merger rice plate. The only thing we really liked was the chopped cheese, but we never had one to compare it to. The fries were really greasy, raw tasting inside to the point of being inedible. The chicken on the gyro was so dry I did not attempt a second bite. The same dry chicken was used on the merger, but the lamb was really good. It did not have enough sauce on it though so I made a yogurt sauce at home to finish it because it was so dry without it. All and all if I lived near by and had time I'd try another dish like the lamb gyro but I'm not coming out of my...
Read moreDo NOT come here!!! I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. For context, my wife and I are both from New York—we’re not picky, and we’re very patient. I’ve never written a review in my life, but I feel obligated to warn others.
We ordered a small halal platter and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll—a staple in NY and honestly not hard to make. We waited over 30 MINUTES for the food, which was already frustrating. But what really blew my mind was the BEC—it came on a HOT DOG BUN wrapped in tin foil! When I asked them to fix it, they simply transferred the contents to sliced white bread. The halal platter wasn’t any better—dry and bland.
It’s honestly disrespectful for a place with “NYC” in the name to serve food like this. Save your time...
