We waited over an hour to receive 2 beers and 2 burgers, from the server Dani, from Peru, upstairs. It never came, so went downstairs, to ask what happened, and we were given our order, after about another 15 minute wait. We were then followed by, some dark haired curly bar tender guy, (hispanic) upstairs saying that we were in the wrong etc. Any place you go, it shouldn't take over an hr to have a drink and a bite to eat. By far the worst service, we've had at any bar we've been to in Park City, and then the bartender, that ignored us, curly black haired guy,(hispanic), after waiting 1 hr upstairs, for another 15 minutes downstairs, that he ignored us, followed us around, and complained to us, after your staff handed us our two beers and burgers, to take upstairs, is absolutely absurd and unprofessional. Mind you, this was all after, the server Dani, charged us $77 for a $12 beer, and we were able to finally get a refund. And then after that, she added the $77 beer charge, to another receipt. 😳

*Gotta love how management has nothing to say. Literally, every other review, talks about how bad the food is; if you even get it. 2 fights broke out downstairs, and you could hear racist remarks from customers and staff; the restaurant name...

I was here on Wednesday May 23, 2018 between 6:30pm and 9:00pm I had a horrible customer service experience in the bar. I sat down at a table and saw the server talking and laughing at the bartender. This went on for a good 5 to 10 minutes. I approached the bartender who was talking sports or something with the server. He continued to ignore me. Then I finally interjected and asked for a beer. He rudely acted like I just interrupted but got me the beer. I asked if I could order dinner and he said that’s fine but if you order from me you have to come get it at the bar. I said ok do you have servers I’d love to talk to one. He pointed to the guy he was talking to who suddenly got busy. I got frustrated and went upstairs to the restaraunt and ordered food from up there. I later heard A lady ask the bartender if he was busy and he rudely said yes and continued doing nothing. Until the lady got assertive. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Not to mention the bartender is slow and could care less about making money for the bar. Please fix your bar...

This place is special. Upon first look, it doesn't seem like there's much worth noting about this place, but honestly I think that's part of it's charm. It's not here to make a statement, or to win you over with an over the top experience. It's just a chill place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. The staff here are awesome, especially the folks in the kitchens. Downstairs features your standard dive bar with pool tables, complete with comfort-food menu. Although you can find almost everything on this menu somewhere else, the food quality is ALWAYS on point here. Idk what it is but the burgers just hit the spot every time. My favorite is the "After hours hangover cure", but even your standard cheeseburger is great. Upstairs has seen a lot of changes over the years. As of the time of this review, they are serving breakfast in the mornings, and Sushi in the evening. All of which is priced quite well for the quality of food. If your looking for place to kick back and enjoy some all around good food, I recommend checking...

First of all, the staff was very friendly and professional. The only available menu online is horribly outdated with no prices. I ordered over the phone which has a hidden service fee associated but they didnt have our order when we got there and had to order again in the building but was still charged their service charge. They also charge $3 to "upgrade" your side with a $14 burger (with a pathetic patty) to fries which is a cheap practice. The fries are unsalted and completely soggy. The tempura shrimp on the playboy burger still had the tails on them which was an unpleasant surprise to bite into it. Southwest salad was given to us with no dressing of any kind. BBQ chicken wings were decent but a little dry. Pricey for bar food with bad practices and hidden fees. For the price I would expect much better quality. Would not recommend.

Avoid this place. We were blatantly overcharged — the prices on the bill didn’t match the menu in hand (see photos). When questioned, the server insisted the higher prices were “correct.” That’s dishonest, plain and simple. On top of that, food took nearly an hour despite the restaurant being completely empty, and the sushi was nowhere near worth $24–$26 per roll (so minimal in terms of the actual ingredients and you can tell they are purposely cutting corners)— small portions, heavy on filler, and low quality. Other reviews mention the same price gouging, and we experienced it first hand. Between the long wait, misleading pricing, and subpar food, this is not a restaurant you can trust. Spend your money elsewhere. Stick to being a dive bar.

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad, which was suppose to be seared ahi tuna. The first time around, it was cooked well done and didn't come with the crisps as mentioned on the menu. The second time, at least it had pink (see photo) but not the way a seared ahi tuna is suppose to be served. It wasn't sliced either time. Plus, it was more like an onion salad and there wasn't enough of the aoili; it only came with a drizzle over the tuna. It's a salad! It needs more than a drizzle. The service was horrible as well. Barely a hi. I didn't get checked on once and I sat at the bar.
