Starbucks — Restaurant in Summit Park

My friend and I stopped there on a road trip, we both are Starbucks employees at a different location so we know how our drinks are supposed to me made. My friend asked for an iced flat white with toffee nut syrup and oat milk. When she got her drink it was hot which isn’t a big deal, mistakes happen. She kindly told them it was supposed to be iced and that it didn’t have the the specifications she asked for, they were kinda rude and took the drink away and just poured the hot drink over ice. She very nicely asked them again if they could re make it and the guy there just rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed and was rude about it. Sorry to be a hater on a cute little fresh market Starbucks, especially because I still drank what I received... But asked for an iced raspberry mocha two days ago and got it hot... Asked for a hot raspberry mocha today and got... Peppermint? Like I said. I still drank them, they were still good. But not just one but two confused and non attentive baristias will make me reluctant to go...

Walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter told me they were closed at 5:44 vs the 6pm sign listed. Didnt say anything to her since I dont want spit in my coffee. Pretty sad that they turn away customers 15 minutes prior to the closing date. I will never stop at that...
