I visited this location tonight 1/7/23 around 7:25 pm. I placed an order at 6:28pm for my family a Big Benito in the squares with pepperoni bacon and green pepper, regular bread sticks, and 24 barbecue wings. My order came up to about $73.00 and When I got home I didn’t receive squares in the big Benito.
I called them to see if they could remake it or give me a refund, the manager gets on the phone and I told her the situation. I told her I asked for the squares and whether it was a male/female I spoke with, the individual confirmed squares with me. The manager responds “well I know you didn’t speak to a guy because I’m the one who spoke on the phone and took the order.” Proceeds to treat me like I was lying, that I didn’t order squares, and that they couldn’t remake the order because it was too big. The manager stated “It’s just a cut.” They also said they couldn’t give me a refund. The manager held her ground and refused to do anything. I am a restaurant business owner and will never support this location again for the poor management and lack of customer service. I couldn’t believe this manager wouldn’t apologize or just remake the order. Read moreMe and my family are all vegetarian (cause our bodies can’t process meat correctly) and ordered online through the website with my last $35(including a nice tip). I came to get my pizza and to my shock it had meat on it. So of course I went in to ask if I could possibly get it remade due to not consuming meat. And I was met with very rude customer service from the blonde woman. I was told by her they couldn’t remake it because they would be losing money “we would be out $22” and they would take it out of HER pay check so she would be losing money. After literally begging her stating I even paid extra for my 1 pizza and I proceeded to not lose $22 but $31, was still met with no resolution. We couldn’t eat the pizza due to the little tiny pieces of chicken and bacon imbedded in the cheese of the pizza (there would’ve been no way to guarantee the pizza would be 100% meat free even after picking the toppings off) . I was met with a response lacking compassion and empathy, no pizza to take home, no accommodations, no remake, no refund, I wasted my time, gas and money And now me and my family have nothing to eat. Read moreHave had their pizza many times and it's good! So to tonight we try their subs... well not so good! I would rate 0 star but not an option. The steak sub barley filled with anything not even cheese which was not on the contents but in one hard lump.... the bun dried and split... meat chopped fine as ground beef and raw mushrooms. There is a reason why we don't see ground beef subs folks! The meat doesn't say on the bun especially when the bun is split. .. now the BLT sub bun is died out and split. The bacon did you run out of bacon and use the bacon crumbles that you serve on salads? This sub has the same issue as the steak sub... have you ever seen a chopped hamburger sub? No bacon crumbles won't stay on a sun folks! Hardley any bacon or any other contents.. So I call...thinking they would offer to remake.. nope... enjoy your dinner... you can have free suns next time you order. My hard earned money out the door......
