Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sumter

Yea…No. Extremely disappointed. Went there because I received coupons in the mail and wanted to try something new. Ordering was difficult in the drive thru because of the outdated speaker, so I kept having to repeat my order. Resultantly, they charged me for an additional chilli dog when I only wanted 1. The deal they advertised on the flyer for pick 2 for $5.99 was really $6.99. Then when I received my food the fries were cold. The bread on my sandwich and cheeseburger was old, stale, and hard. The cheese on my double cheeseburger wasn’t melted and was cold to the touch. The quality of the food was very poor and the bites i did taste were dry. It reminded me of nasty cafeteria food in school you had to eat and tolerate or be hungry. Customer service was ok. Overall, I don’t see that business surviving another year. Also I called to speak with a manager solely to express my concerns as I had no interest in getting my order remade and I didn’t receive a receipt to ask about a refund. The manager was very uninterested and rushed me off the phone. I will never eat at any Hardees ever again. Wasted $15 dollars and I didn’t make it past 3 bites (1 bite per item). 1/10 and the 1 is for the lemonade, which was the only thing consumable from my order. Nice,food good ,service fast have waité for 10 minutes at register to get waited on,waited 15 minutes for order after placing order, have seen my order sitting for 10 minutes and have to go to counter and ask for it. Went back this am for breakfast,placed order,waited finally girl looked at my ticket opened my box closed handed it to me,at table found no gravy with meal and not correct utensils I needed to eat with,many people coming back in to store with drive by orders not correct seems worker can't read their tickets for orders,sure hate to see Hardie's close when people stop coming by. I tried your url edge says can't be found.I go every Sat am for breakfast,this am looked like a mad house no one knowing what they were today,register girl inexperienced causing hold up,some people walking out after waiting too long to place order,I had breakfast and coffee and friend has Forest Sandwich,no spoon to use with coffee,these girls don't look at ticket for what is in bag before giving to customer.I usually have to make at least 1 trip back to get items needed for my order,but I still like to eat at Hardies,just want it to stay open

Friday at 4:30-4:50 I came to order for the first time ever from Hardee’s. I just needed something new and I’m tired of eating at places that don’t care. So I pull to the drive thru, there’s no one in line, the place seems closed that’s how slow they were. As I sat there, 5 min went past. I tried to say hello which by the way I can’t stand because I work at a restaurant and I know how it is to be busy but then 13 min past, THIRTEEN. So I call the store and 2 min later someone finally answers the drive. I pull off because someone was behind me and I got behind them to see what was going on and two of your workers come from behind the dumpster, a boy and a girl. Jean jacket I think. I wonder what they were even doing behind there and what can be done about it??
